I previously had a fairly quick delivery and think the products are packaged and excellent quality. However, this time delivery was slow. 2 weeks roughly to recieve my order. I understand if you dont have something in stock you cant help it but I should've been told when purchasing.

Communication of an order on hold awaiting an out-of-stock item would be helpful rather than no advice as to why the dispatch is held up.

Deliveries
The product is good and well worth the money. As explained during email conversations, the time for delivery was ordinary.The tracking of the delivery was considered poor.
I suggest you revise your procedures and processes and keep the customer informed and get your deliveries better organised.
This just a process and systems problem that you have address.
