Great work from CPI Moling. Took longer than everyone thought as they couldn’t find the elusive pipe due to the house build but they found it in the end, they left the garden nice and tidy with minimal damage to the grass. Thank you 😊

Site survey carried out by Harry on time and without fuss, price and date of installation for a new 32mm water main agreed within 24 hours.
The fitting team arrived on the agreed date at the time they said they would, the pipe was installed and the site left as it was found.
A very professional team of employees working for a very well organised company.

CPI Moled a 50mm water main up a long twisty and rising hedged drive for us with out ever breaking the road surface. Perfect job. Very easy to deal with. Arrived on the date they gave. Left no mess and left no problems. Highly recommended.

Superb from start to finish. Great communications, everything happened exactly as planned with checkins before and after. 150m of mains pipe, fire hydrant and associated piping, breaker box, chlorination and liaison with Portsmouth Water for final connections.

For some time we have noticed loss of water pressure, especially when showering, and a gurgling noise in our kitchen. This became worse and we approached Portsmouth Water to check it out. They confirmed we had a leak, but couldn't correct it because their responsibility ended at the Main in the road. We then contacted Corgi with whom we had a Home Plan which included Water Main Leaks. They couldn't help either, it seems their cover (which I had paid into for five years) did not cover our predicament. I then went on line and found Cpi Moling Ltd. I telephoned, left a message, and was contacted by Allan Lambourne shortly afterwards. He made an appointment to visit me and check the problem the same day. He called me later to confirm that he would send a team to start looking for the leak that same afternoon. They checked and found the leak (very good, hard workers ) very polite. but could not finish that afternoon, but the job was done - leak fixed, hole filled, and paving re-laid, this morning. A really good job done Excellent.
