Not the best experience, you can't create an account to create a favourites list or to review your order.
It takes a lot of time between your purchase and when you receive an email with the tracking code, and you do not have an account to check the order status.

The clothing products are good but the business mode is horrible.

The shoes however, they have terrible quality. I bought 1 pair of Trail Shoes and after 70km the upper mesh started to fell apart in the area where you flex your foot. I contact the warranty and they said it was "intensive use" but i only ran with the shoes 70km (proved by the sole quality) so it was b.s.

Jeg returnerede en vare 6. December. Pengene er stadig ikke tilbageført til min konto tre uger efter, at varen er modtaget. Dårlig kundeservice.

Heel erg teleurgesteld. Op 15 oktober 3 items besteld, waarvan een geretourneerd. Dit was een lastig proces, uiteindelijk nog een formulier geprint en alles vermeld, ordernr, itemnr., etc. Volgens Craft is het item met de verkeerde link geretourneerd en kunnen ze niets doen. Weg € 80.

Slecht bedrijf. Reageert niet op mails. Geen geld retour na terugsturen product.

Snel verzonden, helaas kun je al zien met de track and trace dat er iets fout gaat. Craft ziet dat niet. Niets ontvangen. Ook na herhaalde mails te hebben gestuurd en contactformulieren te hebben ingevuld geen reactie.
