Craigslist Avis 

Now that Carvana has started posting on craigslist, it's essentially a subsidiary of Carvana. The posts are 80% Carvana and the vast majority of those cars are already sold.

They just need to remove the Private Seller category because it's all thrift store dealers and businesses posting in there anywhere. They are just posting as many times and every day when they want to anyway. Pet sales in every category, there are no rules.

I'm angry. Craigslist has become bias. I can't post it been 2 years now the email claims my account been on hold all this time. I just need to know why and remind them this is America not 1930 Germany. I want to be unlocked so I can post without people being butthurt

u dont want to trust Craig's list alot of scammers on there people which like to screw with other people also I wouldn't recommend this site for anyone. your better of going to a store or online but definitely not this site. for anything.

Personal ads are gone. Can't find the poontang no more. Craigslist is useless now.

This website is a joke.
IN every category there are sex requests and a serious company can't post anything. Admins are another joke and they never respond to complaints.
Better avoid to waste time on it

used to be a good site for selling, now they have stupidly made logging in more difficult than it should be, sometimes you have to receive an idiotic text, other times you have to go to a top secret, james bond link-merely to renew your posting! idiotic and pointless, have a question for customer service? forget it-they don't exist

I made alot of money in the car sales industry with craigslist from 1999-2019. It has been a treasure hunt to stay within their guidelines so my ads aren't auto deleted but it was amazing for 20 years. Adding the $5 charge for posting a car was actually a good move and eliminated almost every scam ad. I changed to Real Estate sales and Craigslist's auto-deleting is out of control. I was really doing well for a month then everything started getting auto-deted. Once deleted it's nearly impossible to post the same ad for a specific house back onto craigslist. I considered myself an expert on Craigslist with 20 yrs experience. I tried some of the former work-arounds but nothing was successful. One thing is definitely true-Craigslist is anti-business period and has been for quite some time. If you are making money and/or generating leads with Craigslist it's only a matter of time before they will pull the rug out from under you and you. NEVER depend on Craigslist as your main source of income. Just when things are going well, suddenly you will no longer be able to feed your family because Craigslist doesn't like your ads. In Real Estate, post more than 8 ads and they not only delete the 9th ad but begin to delete almost ever ad after that even if you've deleted all of your previous posts. You see, if you post more than 8 ads you may become more successful and THEY DON'T LIKE THAT! You are taking up too much space on their website and THEY DON'T LIKE THAT! If you want to message them, forget it. You won't get a response. There is NEVER an explanation other than the automated read the user terms. I would be fine with a charge for every ad above the "8 ad" limit. Unfortunately they have paved the way for others to do the same. Facebook bans are getting out of control, Youtube and Google are also trying to catch up. It seems Craigslist is absolutely determined to eliminate the scam ads but is just accepting the deletion of 90% of legitimate ads as collateral damage. I'm a firm believer to do unto others as you would have them do unto you. This has no place in the Craigslist society.

In less than 5 months I had over 350 for sale posts flagged on Craigslist I emailed Craigslist about it dozens of times. Craigslist never answered npr did they stop the flagger. The for sale posts met evry Craigslist rule but still Craigslist did nothng. My life was even threatened on Craigslist but Craigslist did nothng about it. I have contacted state senator Markey in Massachusetts about this and I have asked him to summon the ceo and owner of Craigslist for investigation. Craigslist flagging policy is dangerous and it circumvents the Constitution and the Bil of rights. NO company should have the right to set policies that welcome the disrespect for free speech. I ask that all reading this write their senators about this Craigslist blog. Craigslist has now put my account on hold after many years that I have used it. Craigslist has caused murders due to their policies and should be made to pay for it. Join me please and write your senator now. Let's get rid of Craigslist.

For some reason,CL deletes ALL my posting,whether it be a sale posting or a "Rant and Rave".Have contacted them at least 7 times ,asking WHY,,,,,,,,NO RESPONSE ??????What gives ????

I can only warn people to use craigslist for searching apartments. I checked the ads in craigslist Istanbul several times during one year.
And I made always the experience that most of the people behind the ads were fakes or criminal.
Many guys for example offer fake apartments just to get in contact with women. There is one guy that always says that he has just rented his apartment, but you could meet him.
Other people offer furnished apartments for rent, but in reality they are real estate people that try to sell apartments to foreigners.
Some people just collect your data, they ask you to send more personal informations, yor name, your age, your income, your phone number etc.. But they never answer again, and they will never tell you their name.
And the bad thing is, you can not report any ads and fakes. What kind of company is that? Seems as unserious as the people the put ads there.
My opinion: Stay away from this website, if you don´t want to get into trouble.

I got scammed by a John Grayson III he claimed to be the owner at 6 Kingdton Mill Rd..locatedin Durham NC...He got $500 from me...I will NO LONGER use Craig's list or any other list to purchase anything....They need to remove this site or secure it better....

it’s literally just riddled with sex/sexually suggestive ads. they need to remove it asap ruins the whole entire site for actual gigs and jobs. so stupid

Tried to publish an ad looking for a lost connection in Canada. Publishing is not possible without phone verification, but only US and Can phone numbers can be used. No help in the "help pages". Why shall we use craiglist? Just another piece of useless s...

Craigslist censors all gender keywords
I tried to post a rental listing last week, and have a description like this: "One of the rooms is rented to a 4th-year male student, and we look for a respectful tenant to rent the other room." Craiglist blocks the post automatically, citing that the keyword "male" is used regardless of the intention of its usage. It's an automatic block. No human review or flagging.

I don't know why Craigslist does that. I hope Craigslist doesn't mean what I am afraid it means.

They have nothing in order. The platform is plain and old. I think that people are starting to realize this more and more. It lacks so much its impossible to name it all in this post. Another thing is that most the time people do not check the ads in most categories. That is why I had moved to USclassifiedinfo.com its more of a place where you have freedom and you can chat with others

I wouldn't give this site any stars! It sucks!! Too may solicitor's and scammers and too many people flag your ad for nothing! Too many low life people on this site that just want stuff for free! Too many no show people too that say they're interested in your stuff and never show! What a waste of time! Craigslist needs to remove people being able to flag your classified items(a lot of revengeful people out there!)..I still get solicitor's and scammers contacting me!! Doesn't make any sense!
