Creative Holidays Avis 9

This is about creative holiday i.e. creativeholiday.co in. Very very bad experience with this company on tour of Madurai, Rameshwaram, Kanyakumari, Kovalam and Thiruvananthapuram. The cab which they assigned was very old and in very bad condition, many times driver has to switch off AC to move the car. They (Ankit: 9557494482) quoted final amount of 34999/- and after completion of this payment on 2nd day of tour they said to give driver extra 9000/- for some TAC charge. They never mentioned this amount before and after 2nd day tour they pressurized to pay this amount. They (Siddhartha: 9557544560) sent driver a message that If this payment is not done next morning then don't move the cab. Next cab given was in very bad condition, many times it suffered starting problem, due to which our trip was ruined. The driver they assigned he was not having any idea about any tourist places. As well as after leaving us to any location, always driver (Elango: 9344958935) was switching off his mobile phone and sleeping. I have to tell him all the time that next where to go by searching on Google. They promised for a lot of many other things like hotels, cab condition. Breakfast, etc. but overall failed. My suggestion never believe them and don't use this creative holiday tour consultant. This company is totally fraud.

One of the fraud company. We i have e paid them all amount. Now We are in the middle of the trip, they are asking money give 30k , 10k or they will cancel the trip.
Like every day evening they are calling me asking me give 30k now or will cancel it. Their behaviour is way bad, like they don't care about you .

Such a fraud company it is... asking for 10000 more on time totally fake promises had made... and hotel were so dirty so we can't stand there for 1 hour also

We had a terrible experience with Creative Holiday and strongly advise against using them. Our trip was booked by Siddharth (contact: 9557544560), an assistant manager. After payment, he became rude and unhelpful. The rooms booked were in awful condition, and when we asked for a change, he dismissed our concerns and blamed us. He quoted ₹28,000 with a ₹5,000 cashback but later, while we were in a remote area with no internet, he suddenly demanded ₹5,000 more and threatened to have the driver leave us if we didn’t pay immediately. We had no choice but to pay the next morning. Since the trip, he has ignored all our calls, and we never received the cashback. We ended up paying ₹10,000 extra for a trip that was stressful and poorly managed. Siddharth’s conduct was unprofessional and unethical. We deeply regret booking with Creative Holiday and hope others don’t face the same ordeal.

they are simply fraud. All team is fraud.

They are cheaters and fraud. This travel agency takes token amount on agreed price and gives the list of selected hotels .Later they increase the price by 10% which is more than other vendors quotation. If we don't agree to hiked price. They will ask us to cancel as they can't go ahead with initial price because hotel is asking more money. They will ask us to cancel and they promised to refund .. Upon following up multiple times , we have not got anything from them yet...they are big cheaters and fraud company. Our token amount is gone . Our booking amount has gone now

After paying all money as per cost suggested by creative holidays manager and after enjoying Goa tour till today company has not refunded our cash back amount which was promised to do.

Dont book any travel packages from this creative holiday company
This is cheater company Fraud company. Manager is just parrot / laier

Myself had booked 3 nights 4days Goa tour just 14 feb to 17 feb package cost was 12500/- for one couple with 2500-/ cash back
but after our trip till today company have not refund cash of 5000/- to us as we have booked snd paid for 2 couple package
After doing thousand calls on phone and sending mails to directors of thiss company
nobody giving answer
do this is cheating clearly
so avoid to book any package from this company.
