I needed a couple of shirts for a wellness fair I’m attending, and Joules went the extra mile by supplying the information immediately and then sending the shirts to me well inside the usual time. The polo shirts are of good quality and fit well. I’d recommend this company!

Unbelievable service and quality from James, and great value too. James was highly responsive and had amazing ideas helping us design custom caps which were then delivered - turnaround time was fast and look and feel of the product by far exceeded our expecations.

Super easy to order - Great Hoodies for our PTA.

We have used Creative Images for three sets of school hoodies for residential trips and Leavers Hoodies. The quality of the items have made for great keepsakes, and the service with creating a well laid-out leavers hoodie was a vast improvement on our prior supplier, providing value for money

We use Creative Images for branded work wear for our team - everything from polo shirts to the outdoors coats and hi-vis items - and are very pleased with the quality of the items and the service levels received.

I ordered a range of clothing for my daughter for Sparsholt College on 18th August. One item was some cargo trousers advertised at size 8 (26"Waist).
The goods were delivered on the 22nd August, but these cargo trousers were way to big and had a 31"-32" waist despite being labelled size 8.

I emailed Creative Images that same day to ask about how to return them for a replacement.

A week later having had no reply, I phoned Creative Images up (this was now the 29th), and the lady who answered the phone looked up my email (confirming it had arrived) read it back to me, and then said she would need to do some measuring and would call me back in a few hours - I said at the time I was happy just to have a refund and would return the trousers.

The following day (30th Aug) I phoned again as I'd not been called back, and the same person noted they had failed to phone me back and said they had done some measuring and would need to contact their manufacturer. I had to explain that I was their customer, not their manufacturers, and that I just wanted a refund (and return details) as by now I'd just sourced an alternative pair (with college starting in a few days time).

This then required me to be transferred to 'James' who I then had a similar conversation with, and again I had to point out that I was their customer, not the customer of their manufacturer, however James did say he would issue a refund. He also confirmed that no further information was needed from me to do so.

So that was the 30th August, and its now the 7th September and no refund has been received. I should not have to chase this company even more to get their attention, but doubtless I will have to do so to get my refund. They sell reasonable products but their 'customer service' is not really acceptable to me.

The Creative Images team were great in accomodating our needs and helped our club to understand the options available, the quality, costs and went the extra mile to make sure we ended up with great team kit. Our athletes love it! Thank you again for all the hard work!

Liaised with James during the order process - our items arrived with a high quality including a custom embroidery design. Items were delayed due to shipping issues from distributor so some items may be slower to deliver. Overall very positive experience and will be continuing business through site provided online shop which is very handy when running a team.

Amazing Company who went out of there way to help us at University Hospital Southampton. We ordered last minute 200 bags for our nurses to celebrate International Nurses Day and they did everything in there power to make sure we had the custom bags in time for our event. Can't thank Creative Images enough. Bags are amazing and I know the nurses will really appreciate them.
