Not the best at communicating. They didn’t communicate to one of my debtors in a timely manor so they put a lien on my business. Then when I told them I wouldn’t make a deal with them about payments unless it was taken off, I had to argue with my representative from creditors relief to convince him that I wasn’t going to raise my monthly payment I had originally agreed upon and that they broke contract by not communicating to my debtor. He finally was able to talk to the debtor and get it removed and for the same price we originally agreed upon. I’ve also had issues with communication where tons have come up and they reach out to me and the 3rd message I get is them wanting a review. But then they don’t communicate other important items of business and then again argue with me about it. Not good customer service.

Matt and Jackson are amazing . They gave ne excellent guidance. They always reply promptly to my questions and email. They helped me a lot in my journey in the negotiation of my loan.
