Don't invest - we did and our project went into administration - and contact became very patchy. The chairman resigned, and we struggled to get any info. on when our loan would be repaid. Still waiting 2 years on. It's very unlikely that we will see a penny back. They do look official, but really the business is just a website and a few emails, with no regulator to appeal to when things go wrong. We had friends who invested over several years and did well, so that persuaded us, but our experience has been very different.

I am an experienced property investor and will not be working with this company again. This is the first negative review I have written about an investment-related business in over ten years.

Communication broke down completely once projects began to encounter issues. Updates became infrequent and eventually stopped altogether.

After repeatedly requesting information over several months, it became clear that one of the underlying investment companies had entered administration, something that had not been proactively communicated to investors.

Even after raising this directly, I have still not received a meaningful response.

In my experience, when projects go off track, transparency is replaced by silence. That is not acceptable when managing investor capital.

They are scammers, crooks and thief’s.They provide no feedback to shareholders.They take your money and forget about it.No communication with shareholders at all.DO

don't trust this company after 5 years of waiting for my competition win they are now blocked me on all platforms and are refusing to answer my emails. they can block me as much as they like but I will just keep opening up another Facebook page. they told me after 5 years they are no longer in charge of this property and another company has took control and are refusing to give me the proper details of the company who are running it. I will be now contacting the competition regulator in England to make a complaint against his company. it is against the law in England to do a competition to advertise a company and not fulfill the prize Congratulations James Jordan, the winner of the £500 worth of property shares Grand Prize in our ‘£500 Christmas Giveaway’ contest!
