Cruise Azure Parking Avis 

3rd time using Azure in early August - very easy to book online. On the day, drop car off after unloading right next to unloading point, the car is taken about 2.5 miles to their compound (can see it online) then returned safe and sound 2 weeks later when getting off ship. No issues, mileage fine, courteous staff and saves scrabbling for on site parking.

Right from booking my parking to meeting and greeting , the process was super easy and professional. All the instructions and emails I received before hand put my mind at ease. Company was very easy to find in car park too. Great service!

Finding a £100 parking fine on my doormat when we got back from holiday wasn't a great experience, but having reported this to the team at Azure, the customer service from Deborah who deals with their feedback was super efficient. Staff were friendly and process efficient.

I was recommended this company by p&o after I forgot to book the complementary parking by CPS. I booked the day before I travelled. They luckily had space. They were very helpful on the phone and also followed up later in the day to check I had managed to book online ok.
The actual service on the day was super smooth and no stress at all. In fact I dare say quite a bit easier than the main cps service. The collection was equally great. I had no concerns whatsoever with this company. If only p&o were so well organised!

Parking at Southampton was great no problem 18th of July to the August 1 -14 days book again for next year April 12-24 I was charged £140 for 12 days my friend who is coming with me as charged £128 pounds both booked in the same day not happy . Will be fine in the office today to get a refund cause there’s no difference between the two of us. parking same time same day.

Great communication clear and precise, reminder text message day before cruise as a reminder of where to go and drop off details. At cruise port easy to finds look for the blue flag in short stay car park. When other known car parking as the cruise port were queuing, we dropped our car were given a ticket to collect on return and we were straight off inside the cruise terminal. On our return the car was in the same place, we were welcomed home given our keys loaded the car and away we went. All a lot easier and quicker that the well known car parking we had used before and we were offered 20% our next parking which I booked straight away.

Couldn’t have been easier. A bit concerned to start off with as had not heard of Cruise Azure Parking before, however I needn’t have worried, and for all my future cruise bookings this will be my first choice of company and can highly recommend, with excellent customer service.

Fantastic service. This was the second time we have used Azure parking. Easy to book and use. Parking was directly opposite to the ship and only a short walk to drop your luggage. Car was driven only a few miles to secure parking and it was there ready for us on our return. No queues and at a reasonable price too.

3 times i have used azure parking never had any problem booking with them they are waiting there to collect the car when i drop it off and always there when i pick it upi can see on my tracker on my phone where the car is a lot quicker than cps when dropplng car off i will use again

My partner booked Cruise Azure's meet & greet parking after seeing lots of positive reviews. It was more expensive than other options, but we thought it would be worth paying extra.

Unfortunately, the customer service beforehand completely let the experience down.

The day before our cruise, our confirmation email didn't include the drop-off location, so I called for the details. The lady I spoke to was really friendly, and I asked whether it was worth arriving earlier because of traffic. I wasn't asking to change our booking, but we then received an email saying our drop-off time had been brought forward by an hour, from 1:30pm to 12:30pm.

Later that day, my partner received a call saying we really needed to arrive even earlier (11:30am) because the traffic would be awful. As our cruise check-in wasn't until 2pm, this felt unnecessary and we left the booking as it was. It felt like we were being pressured into arriving much earlier than we needed to because they wanted to finish up early for the day.

On the morning of our cruise, we then received multiple phone calls while we were loading the car and driving to Southampton. We replied to a text with our ETA, but still received another call demanding to know where we were. My partner explained we'd be there before our booked time, but the member of staff was rude, said nobody would take the car if we weren't there by 12:30pm, and then hung up.

The repeated calls were completely unnecessary. I was driving and needed to concentrate without the added stress, and my partner is already an anxious traveller, so it really put a dampener on the start of our holiday.

The actual handover and collection of the car were quick, easy and conveniently located right by the terminal. However, when we got back to the car there was a used vape left inside, and the air conditioning had been turned up to full blast (not to jump to conclusions but it would appear someone had been vaping in there)

We booked Cruise Azure because of the positive reviews. After feeling disappointed by our experience, we went back and looked through them more closely, only to find several others echoing similar experiences.

The parking itself was fine, but the customer service means we won't be using Cruise Azure again.

I've used CruiseAzureParking 4 times and each time things have gone very smoothly indeed. The car drop.off in the short term car park very near to the Ocean terminal in Southampton is quick and easy and my car has always been ready and waiting when I disembark my cruise ship as soon as I can after docking on the day of return. Their communication is always very good too.

This is the first time we have used Cruise Azure. Their prices are very substantially cheaper than others so we were a little concerned as to what to expect. However the whole process was very smooth - in fact it couldn’t have been better. Totally recommend them and will shortly be booking with them again.
