Product was not what was advertised

Product was not what was advertised. Seller threatens me with court if I take this topic up somewhere. Blocked me on facebook. First he sayd me to send the product back when I told him that it won’t cover well. Then I told him maybe it needs second coating to look more even and it will be good. Next day I found out any time I touch the wall it comes easily off. In the product page it is advertised to be washable paint - meant for outside aswell. Next false advertisement is that it is OLED like image. In daytime I can barely see image and for that he blamed my Epson 4k tw7100 projector and my settings. Keep in mind, in his tests he sayd he is using old 20usd projector no special projector needed. Mine is 3000lumen known company epson tw7100 projector. When I tried to tell these things to him next day he sayd I’m running some tests on his product and trying to figure out how it works. Basicly just blamed all the fault on me and sayd if I try to write about it anywhere or upload to youtube he will sue me for 1million usd. This is crazy! I’m a client who wished to get advertised product but it is failing in so many categories. Of course I was tasting if it is staying on the wall when it was easily coming off. I then tried it on the piece of drywall because I thought maybe the underpaint on the wall was the cause of this issue, but no. What a mess. As I have all the history of our conversation this scam no longer continue to happen. There coukd have been so many decent solutions for this but he chose to give threats to me (while I was trying to make it work). First when I painted it to wall I thought I will blow my girfriends mind of this amazing product. But no she sayd the regular gray wall before was better before - and she is right! It is easy to make this product look good on his youtube channel and homepage. black screen paint automatically boosts shuter speed on your camera/phone - but if you adjust the shutter speed and overall image brightness to match what you see with your eye, thats another thing.
People please be aware, this is not a nice situatiion I´m in. Really stressful. I really hoped to get a product I paid for. Lets see what paypel thinks of this, I´m sure I´m not the first victim. Also I´m not afraid of such threats he is giving and will find a way to get my money back!

Do not buy he is a scammer and 0 support. When you ask for support you will be told that you messed with his paint and threatened to be sued. I just asked for help as his paint made my screen really bad and now can not watch anything. Instead of helping he sending me threating messages.
I washed $168 on watered down paint.
You have been warned.
He will tell you to send the paint back to him, to which he know you cannot do as it's already been used to make the projector screen (if that what you want to call it)

BLACK SERIES EDITION LLC

Selling black house paint way overpriced as high technology screen paint while in reality it's only black house paint mixed with acetone, glitter and some poly. Rude customer service. Threads his clients as dummy and spread lies and misinformation. Using a low resolution projector because it's easier to get a decent looking image compared to a high resolution projector. The shop only serves as one purpose to scam people.

*****DONT BUY ******DONT BUY********* PURE SCAM **** BAD COMPANY *** AND ON TOP BLAMING THE CUSTOMER FOR THEIR INEXISTANT Service. I have placed an order on the 17th of Feb and since then it was a pure joke. Gave them 240 USD via paypal then nothing happened... 2 weeks later I contact the Customer Service twice, no answer. Wait another week, no answer . Then logged a claim via paypal... Finally the "supposed to be" CEO (Kenneth) answered and as an excuse said they did not have my contact and phone number (which were given to them when placing the order). They said they tried to contact me via email (which after verifying several times happen to be untrue). They also said they contacted paypal at the same time which after verification was untrue. Anyway he was saying he will ship - Then again silence -A week later i had to recontact him : I told him now 3 weeks have gone and i will be away for 3 weeks, asking him if he could wait until the week of the 23rd of March so i am here for the delivery - Finally he replied : below a copy and paste of his answer :

Hello you file complaint against us and now you want us to hold your package for a certain date no can do. You filed a not received complaints against us we are shipping your package out. We have notify PayPal that we will provide them with a tracking number.

Hi,

If the package had been shipped on the 17th of Feb, it would have been well received by now. What was holding the shipment? Contacts were given at the very beginning and I checked several times and didn't get any emails from you. Also If I had received from your customer services after several follow up emails I would have no logged a case via PayPal. Thanks God Paypal gives this level of consumer protection. Please tell where I have been faulty in that process? Is all this my fault? If you want to ship now, no issue. Package might come back to you and it will be a lot of extra hassle. You will have lost time and so will I and in the end I will get refunded. I am just trying find the best solution given the current situation.

Then silence again from his side. 5 days later i followed up again ...He replied the following :

Hello Laurent your order is being process through FedEx. We have been requested from Fedex to have a receipt from paypal of your order for overseas shipping. You will have a tracking number tomorrow with full shipping details.

Guess what ? i never received the tracking number next day !

March the 17th, follow up email : Hi there Has the parcel been shipped? If yes do you please have the tracking number? Thanks

March the 19th, follow up email : Hi there, Any news please ? of course no reply. i think he was trying to save time lying and waiting for the claim to expire...

Escalated the paypal claim and i am getting refunded but what a WASTE of time and what a way of treating Customers !

THEY ARE A JOKE ! I DO NOT KNOW HOW A COMPANY CAN SURVIVE TREATING THEIR NEW CUSTOMERS THIS WAY!!!
Plenty of more serious companies around, DON'T BUY FROM THEM !!!! I am pretty if we didn't have the paypal consumer safety i would not get refunded !!!
