We had a couple of windows installed before Christmas, the whole process was really easy and efficient, much nicer than some other local companies who were much pushier. The guys who fitted the windows, Jason and Kevin, were really lovely and did a grand job and left everything nice and tidy. The new windows are great.

We had a replacement integral blind for a window in our kitchen in August 2023. I called early in January 2024 to say that our blind was quite noisy when raising and lowering the integral blind. Within 10 days a service engineer came out and replaced the mechanism. When I asked what the charge was I was advised no charge as it was under warranty and covered. Great service and delivered with a smile from the service technician.

Crystal Clear fitted Origin aluminum doors and windows at my bungalow refurbishment project. The doors and windows were a big part of that project, and knowing that progress of the refurbishment was dependent of getting the property secure and watertight, Crystal Clear arrived a week early!
There were a few snags, mainly due to it being a 'building site' but these were resolved quickly with good old fashioned common sense.
Everyone at Crystal Clear has always been helpful and friendly. I would particularly like to mention Harry who knows his product inside out and can resolve anything quickly and with a smile!
Several neighbours have commented on how lovely my front door and new windows are :-)

Had Dean come around house measure up for patio doors a wall needed removing. Two fitters arrived on agreed day done a very professional job.👏 all mess cleaned up and taken away. Very pleased with end result .Dean phoned me next morning to make sure I was happy with how everything went.will definitely use this company for any future windows. Excellent customer service.👏

Having recently renovated our kitchen, one of the final things we needed to do was replace windows and doors. The team at Crystal Clear Windows were fantastic from start to finish. We had a really good experience when reviewing our options and when the project started everyone involved communicated really well with us. Our time lines were tight and they did all they could to help us meet deadlines.
