A great job from start to finish
Really slick but supportive quotation process working with Laurence - so straightforward but with a focus on quality and our needs. Our three windows were ready on time and in fact got fitted three weeks ahead of schedule! One window upstairs was a complex job but no problems. Fitters were friendly and professional and did a first class job. Would highly recommend Crystal Clear and will look to use them again in the future.

We are very happy with our new aluminium windows and door, although the scheduling of the installation could have been a little bit smoother Steve and Louie did a wonderful job installing them. They were very fast and tidy. The price of our windows was also very reasonable.

We have recently used the services of Crystal Clear to install aluminium picture windows and bifold doors at the rear of our property, replacing badly fitting and aged wooden bifolds. Our project wasn’t straight forward and I think probably involved most of the team in one way or another! From our first conversation with James we were taken good care of - the team are friendly, professional and very competent. Kevin was ultimately in charge of delivering the correct fit for the project and to him we are so very grateful for listening to our concerns and going above and beyond to make sure we achieved the best result, including some bespoke welding. Steve A and his crew did a great job of fitting and we are delighted with the result. We would like to thank everybody at Crystal Clear for making this happen as we were nervous about it. We were also impressed by the speed of delivery once we had finalised the exact spec. Highly recommend using Crystal Clear and we will definitely come back for our next project.

Had to call company on behalf of…
Had to call company on behalf of elderly aunt. Her front door, fitted by Crystal Clear 6 years ago was refusing to close due to extreme heat. They quickly realised the seriousness of the situation and arranged for an engineer to call within 30 minutes. Harry arrived in 20 minutes and sorted the problem in 3 minutes. Excellent service

Kevin Jason and shaun were the guys that fitted the windows and doors I was very happy with their work. there are few things that need to be attended to ,this has nothing to do with the guys,It was more to do with a surveying issue which couldn’t have been encountered until work was commenced. I will continue review when the small issues are resolved regards Tony faulkner.
