They lock you into a contract and do not offer the services that they promised and then argue with you or hang up the phone when you need help.
Stay away! and their prices are extremely over priced

We are sorry you feel this way. We investigated your concerns and found them to be untrue. You were receiving the service although all your payments were declining for many months. We tried reaching out to you by phone and email over 50 times in order to clear up your past due balance with no luck. We did not receive a single response from you to all the emails, voicemails, and calls that were made. On April 26th we emailed you a final reminder to make a payment or to contact us to avoid being forwarded to collections. After this final reminder and all of our other attempts to reach you with no response we were forced to cancel your account and forward your balance of contract to a collection agency.

I left Adt to come to CSP Alarms and have experianced nothing but incredible service. 100% the best decision I made to leave a company with no interest in giving a customer satisfaction to come to CSP. The sales/customer service is great and installer was incredible. Happy customer so far.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for installing our alarm system. The job was done neatly, and we were very impressed, especially since others told us that a hard-wired system would be messy and time-consuming. We thank you for making our house a priority over other jobs since you knew about our problem with time. With an alarm system from CSP, you will have peace of mind knowing that your home is secure.
