DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! As with MANY other reviews, I should have checked here before purchasing from them.

I think what they do is occasionally send a nice product and simply don't fulfill the other orders.

They take your money and don't send anything out!

Stay far away.

If my canvas ever shows up, and is in fact a decent product, I will redact my one star.

(I placed my order over 3 weeks ago and have received nothing. And, no response for their "Customer Support".)

Typical Chinese scam ...

Had two interactions through email that were helpful regarding delay in receiving item. However, when the item finally arrived, it had the wrong names on it. Sent an email regarding the error and am awaiting a response. I am disappointed in myself for not searching these reviews prior to ordering. Lesson learned. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. AMAZON HAS THESE ITEMS WITH MORE CUSTOMIZATION POSSIBILITIES AND FASTER DELIVERY.

1st order I’ll give good review, second order a 1 star or lower and this was after recommending this company to others. They advertised a buy one get one free, I did receive the buy one order but the free print kit did not arrive. I’ve tried using customer service support email at least 6 time to get resolved but only got one reply with three words “it was delivered” which I have responded again and again it was not. There is no reason I would try to get a free print of the same picture to paint. I fully enjoy sitting and painting since I retired and there will be other orders but not from this scamming business.

I like the canvas, and it arrived as expected, just like it appeared on the website. However, there was some damage due to the shipping process. I suggest that it should be packaged more securely to prevent damage from shipping handlers. Fortunately, this issue was resolved, and the customer service team at cstm canvas refunded my order quickly.

Ordered a canvas from this company, took 2 weeks to arrive, with the wrong information on the canvas, in a soaking wet box, cheap, nasty and a complete waste of money. Will be contacting my back for a refund. Have contacted the company with no reply. Avoid.

We received our canvas and are very pleased with it, we’ve hung it on a wall in our primary bedroom and it shows very well. Three things I’ll mention about the experience: the measurements are in centimeters, not inches, this should be indicated on the advertisement; if you google the company it appears it is in Australia, but the canvas is produced in China; production time is reasonable at 7-14 business days, but allow at least 6 weeks for shipping. Order 3 months in advance if you can. Good luck!🤞🏼😊

Rating would have been a five star except for the 7 week delivery time.

This is a SCAM do not order from this place. I ordered back in November and have never received anything and have sent several emails asking for a refund with the same answer that they can’t refund which is total bs. Trying to dispute the charge on my cc and hopefully can get my $$ back. This needs to be reported and shut down.

It been two months that I ordered a canvas and after the transaction went through I haven’t received it yet. I wrote to them and all they are saying that they are taking care of everything and nothing happens. I will never ordered anything from them.

After waiting 7 weeks a poster of canvas showed up. Guess now I just need to BUY WOOD AND LEARN HOW TO STRETCH CANVAS! I should of screenshot the design and ordered it from Wal-Mart. Don't buy anything from them!

Ordered 12/3/24 and still haven’t received after multiple emails to customer service. They claim the item had to be “xrayed” and will be in transit soon. Anyone know How can I get my money back?

I ordered the large size framed & it arrived within a couple weeks in great condition & it was a huge it with my boyfriend! We absolutely LOVE IT!! Thinking of getting another with my kids' names on it for my house!

Terrible. Took 5 weeks to arrive and when it did it looked like it had been run over. Frame broken at all 4 corners and part of canvas torn. Was supposed to be a celebratory gift for our 20th anniversary, but a complete failure.

Product never arrived. This is a scam. Use another business. What was meant to be a nice surprise turned into a frustrating let down.

They don’t even deserve that star but I couldn’t leave message with it. Been 1 month an I still haven’t received my print.

Would give zero stars if possible. Ordered Dec 5 for Xmas present, back and forth with emails stating, 5 days to process order, 10 days for production, waiting for shipping pickup, no tracking number, then tracking shows weeks in China, more weeks in Chicago (3 hrs away) 15 days and counting, assume the tracking 17track.net is part of the scam and attempt to delay reporting to Visa. FYI similar product can be found on Amazon, lesson learned - Buyers Beware - this is fraud.

What ever you do, do not order from this website. It is a scam. They have told me thru emails that my Tracking Number starting with KUN is in route and 1 was Dertroit and coming to Florida was still in Los Angles...SCAM SCAM SCAM..Now just waiting for them to tell me my order was burned in the Palisades fire. I have requested a enquiry with my credit card company so I am sure I will get my money back, but that's not the point. As I have looked through other sites through Amazon, I have found the same product for a 3rd the price...talk to your CC companies or bank...Hope this helps in some way!!!

I sure wish I had read the reviews before I purchased, I would not have.
Ordered 12/1/24 hoping it would arrive for Christmas, it is now 1/6/25 and the tracking says it is still in transit, in several states, but not mine.
They state they’re an Australian company, but the origin shows China.
STAY AWAY…do not buy from this company.

I ordered end of November ans a Christmas present and it arrived today 4/1/25.
It says there based in Australia but it actually comes from China. Be prepared to wait a while for the product to arrive. Not as big as I thought but still a nice item.
