Bob did very well as a teacher. He was easy to understand, clear and very approachable.
There is a lot more that could have been added to the class. Bob went along with the book. Which was fine.
However, it would be much more beneficial to offer an accelerated class, that finished the first book in the morning, and then spent the rest of the day working on the next level. My coworker and I both wished the class had covered much more at a much faster pace.
The facility was nice - great location.

High quality instruction and high caliber and knowledgeable instructor.

I couldn't be happier with how well the course went. This is my second time taking classes with Compter Training Source and having Brian as an instructor. I highly recommend Computer Training Source and will be taking more classes with them in the future.

For a beginner this class was excellent! The teacher was very patient with the me and went over all the things that I struggled with to ensure my success in this class. I have already referred this program in Schamburg, IL to a neighbor today and I have to add that the staff is phenomenal.

I took my CTS EXCEL class online. Both the Instructor who helps you check your system for the online class and the class Instructor were great. Due to security issues, I was unable to use my work computer so I had to use two different laptops (Mac) to take the class. I needed one to follow along with the Instructor and one for the Instructor to observe my work. I will borrow a Windows type laptop next time so I can use my dual screens for better viewing of data.
Results:
1. I was able to use the class training to set up my work files to complete more calculations immediately
2. I was able to organize my worksheets better so I could improve filtering.
3. Learning the "IF" function allows me to easily compare the bids I receive using more than just price to determine the best company to select.

Every thing went smooth except for online customers whose computer kept freezing for one reason or another. That held the class back, and one girl who came in after 9 was not quite prepared for the class.

Really great intro class into Tableau. Never felt lost and Mary was clear and concise. Looking forward to taking more classes.

Brian was a very knowledgeable, patient instructor. He addressed all questions in a kind, professional manner. I would definitely recommend taking this course!

Great course!!! Angela is an excellent instructor and very knowledgeable about Sharepoint. She was able to troubleshoot issues to inform users of alternative options. I highly recommend both courses, and the instructor, to anyone feeling lost working remotely in Sharepoint.

I also suggest CTS Training add a course linking Teams and Sharepoint. Both work collaboratively to advance the "new normal" of working remotely.

Helpful and enthusiastically presented. The class actually went by much more quickly than I thought it would. I hit a snag due to my brower crashing but am able to retake the part I missed.

This class is awesome! Everything from the communication, to the technology set up was a breeze. I had no issues. The teacher was super sweet and definitely knew the in's and out's of excel. I would recommend this class to other workers and workplaces!

Karen was super helpful and friendly. Karen answered all my questions!

The [in person] class was often interrupted by the [on-line] participants that could not easily navigate the remote set up. While the instructor did an excellent job at mitigating the interruptions and responding to the on-line needs, I do think that some valuable time was lost in the process. Perhaps the classes would be more efficient if on-line and in-person were not mixed.

Karen Haney did a great job offering the ins and outs of Excel Part I. She made the day enjoyable and we learned in a fun, easy going, engaging environment. No question was too silly and Karen even provided us great notes as one of the many take-a-ways at the end of the day. I'm glad I participated in-class in downtown Chicago as I was able to engage with the other participants and Karen in a way that allowed us to learn, explore and walk away with a greater understanding of Excel. A special note of thanks to Karen and the CTS team. Great facility, too and the entire staff was very helpful, especially Patrick in the lead up to the course.

The teacher was great but - I found the class moved WAY too slow due to some students needing help at every step. I was in person , with 5 remote students.

So far everything has been great! The I am taking Internet Marketing classes remotely and all the instructors have been very knowledgeable and super helpful. The staff at CTS has also been very accommodating and attentive in every situation.

Exceptional. Instructor was incredible, patient, knowledgable and she spent alot of time when questions were raised.

As someone looking to change careers during the Pandemic, Computer Training Source and its instructors have provided the educational training I need. I am a returning student and they haven't failed me. Thanks CTS

This class was great. Angela was a wonderful instructor! patient, thorough, informative, interesting and perky! I would definitely take another course with her as the instructor.
