I must say the last couple of times I have eaten at the restaurant the Double butter burger deluxe w/ bacon meal was good ,but your burgers are almost paper thin. Chili’s burgers got you beat!

Good food and nice and clean

I do not like the drive through policy of having to drive and park away from the window. I do not have the chance to review my order. If the fries are not fresh or something is missing. I have to go park again then go inside to correct the order. I would rather take care of everything at the window.

Very disappointed in the overall changes at our nearest location. They've revamped the menu board, omitting the side-board with soup-of-the-day and custard 'flavor of the day.' Prices appear to have SOARED recently; the last time I ordered a 3 pc. fried cod meal, I think it was in the $16-$17 range. Now it's over $20 bucks! And you don't even get the plastic to-go container for left-overs, even if you ask! It looks like they may have completey discontinued all their other soups besides George's chili. On the upside, this time the cod seemed fried fresh and wasn't that salty, whereas the onion rings and cheese curds were way too salty in comparison. Was the cod meal worth $20 bucks? Maybe not.

Very bland, got both a chicken sandwich and a sourdough patty melt. Very sad and tasteless. The container the chicken sandwich came in gave away because so cheap quality. If I pay over $26 for two sandwich and COLD onion rings at least I could get more then two napkins and a container that wouldn't put the sandwich in my lap!!

Not to be a karen , but me and my grandma went for lunch here it was really cold i don't know if they have control over it by the way it was so cold that we had to go outside it was 11am so i wish it was warmer . The food was fine i guess . The service was not good he was not helpful i never want to see him again .

Love their chicken teders and their great service. I wish their receipt would show the price for each individual items. Not happy with the service I received a couple of days ago at the Auburn Hills location. The portions were very skimpy . The order of fries contained between 15 and 20 fries. The chicken tenders were approximately 1 1/4" x 3 1/2". Never the less, I will go back.

Cold food delivered. The price of fish and chicken sandwiches is outrageous for the very small portions. Large size fries are the same as small size at MCDonalds and are horrible COLD. Onion rings may be good if they were hot.
Better packaging made for hot food would have helped.
Maybe Culver’s should not deliver to customers 15 minutes away if they can’t keep the food hot.
My first time ever trying Culver’s and I won’t spend my hard earned money there again.

The meat is airy like its whipped. Not a texture that you would expect. Actually its pretty gross. It might be a double patty but it dosent weigh anything. A krystal burger is about the same. The cost is also a rip. do yourself a favor and make your own. Will never go back. the service was ok but the meal was not cooked to order as it was brought to me at my table in 2 minutes. They claim its cooked to order but meat was cold. Another rip off burger joint with a funny name from east bumble.

Ollie is mean even though hey may look nice but on the inside, he's a true demon. By the way he works at the culvers on voyager drive in green bay. So watch out for the troll. He's also mean to his employees.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Culver’s Matteson Illinois location since 2015. This is my hometown location, and I’ve always appreciated the customer service and welcoming atmosphere here. Unfortunately, today’s experience was very disappointing.
I went through the drive-thru on my bike and was informed that my type of vehicle could not be served in the drive-thru. While I understood and respected the policy, we genuinely were not aware that anything other than cars and trucks were not allowed through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, we found this out in a very rude and nasty way from the employees involved.
I came inside instead, but the rude and unprofessional attitude continued. What shocked me most is that this behavior does not reflect the kind of customer service I’ve always associated with Culver’s.
My family and I have supported this location for years — from regular visits to family dinners and reunions. Because of this experience, we will likely choose to take our business elsewhere moving forward.
It’s unfortunate that a single interaction can leave such a negative impression after years of loyalty. Kindness and professionalism go a long way, and I hope management addresses how customers are treated so this does not happen to others.

Had an issue with an online order where the restaurant wouldn't give me my food and wouldn't give me a refund either. I talked with the "customer service" people at the company and they were completely useless. They wouldn't help me with the store and they wouldn't even put their refund policy in writing.

Basically if you order with these guys and you have any problem at all, your money is just gone.

The burger- as last time- was so over cooked and dry it was only edible by drowning it in condiments from home. It was supposed to have Aioli and crispy onions- but barely anything there. The onion rings were good, but nit fresh. The fish sandwich gets skimpier every time we go it seems. The only redeeming sandwich in the order was the pot roast.

We waited in the drive thru wait area fir a long time, I went in to ask about our food, the staff & manager were very busy but we're so helpful & made us new food & made everything right, Great customer service!!! Im sorry ,I did not get the names of Mansger or the staff, but they were all very kind & helpful!!!

Outside speaker system is terrible, went there last night,Albertville location , ordered 4 times because the girl on other end didn't understand or didn't care. I'll go with later. I ordered 1 single burger with ketchup only 1 single burger mustard only 1 mashed potato with gravy 2 sprites and a turtle sundae.
I got 1 single burger, bottom of bag, 2 don't know what they were 3 sprites and 2 French fries, 2 mashed potatoes, and a turtle sundae. $35.61. I got tired of trying to make her understand what I wanted so said I will take care of it at window. You talk about a glassy eyed young man who kept saying 35.61.
It will be a long time before going to that location.

I went for an Interview. It wasn’t even the manager giving the interview it was a worker. She cared more about talking to her friends than getting the interview done. At the end she didn’t even ask me if I had any questions and didn’t even glance at my resume. I don’t even know the managers name or who they are. It was horrible I didn’t feel welcomed at all and it didn’t seem like a job I would want to work at.

I ordered the cod sandwich, got to the table to find that it had no tarter sauce or anything else on it. I went to the counter to ask for tarter and was told that I should have ordered it when I ordered my food ant there was a charge for it. I've never been to a restaurant that charges for a tablespoon of tarter sauce for fish sandwich. I had to break a 5 dollar bill to get a 35 cent container of tarter sauce. I will never go there again

Went to Culver on April 14 2026 order fish sandwich without the tartar sauce on sandwich I asked too it to be on side. They put alot on sandwich and on side.when I called she said what you want a refund. When I showed her she said oh then asked do still want my large drink I told her No.Called customer service too report it and they were just as nonchalant as the restaurant I Will Never Eat at This restaurant Again On Collins rd in jacksonville fl AGAIN

Burger was very thin and dry. Cheese didn't even melt on it. Onion rings were over cooked. Very disappointed, had a mushroom and Swiss burger. I can tell you hardly any mushroom and they were also cold. Never go back. Hardees mushroom and Swiss burgers are 10 times better.
