Currys - Basingstoke Avis 

Bought a new TV. Was given very good service and advise from salesman Joe on best fit for us as TV Specifications are very different from last one we bought.
On separate visit got speedy Tech advise on our existing Samsung

Straightforward process and prompt delivery/collection.

The lady that helped us was very accommodating and knowledgeable. She looked for the best deal for me and I was grateful for her assistance

Ordered one day and collected from store the next day foc. In and of the shop in five minutes.

Delivery guys were very polite and helpful

The store offered a welcoming environment, with good displays and a wide selection of goods. The assistance of Sahithi was of the very highest standard. This member of staff had an excellent knowledge of the goods and a real desire to help which, along with her courtesy and consideration, made the shopping experience most pleasant.

Despite item being out of stock I was informed stock was due in and the very next day I received a message giving a delivery date.

Joe the sales assistant was more than happy to assistant with professionalism. Gave me advice and checked prices and. Availability of products and any offers that where Available.

I would like to speak to a manager about my awful experience both online and in store.

Shocking experience with Curries.Ordered a new washing machine,Paid for full installation and recycling.Fitters were running behind schedule I was told as they had another 27 deliveres and installations to complete.Rushed the installation.Didn’t bother to change water hose.Used old one from old machine.Switched machine on and left 6 seconds later.Tried to do a full wash load on Sunday.Machine took ages trying to fill with water ,then E4 water fault came on display.Had to manually pull the soap drawer out and fill machine with a plastic bottle to get washing done.Had to repeat messy process for the rinsing cycle.Phoned Curries on Sunday and they arranged a fitter to come Monday.So had to be home again and take time off work.Fitter called Andy Pope pulled machine out to find hose completely bent over in half.He quickly replaced with a new hose .Trying to compensated and was promised £50 gift card via email but when I phone the number they are now saying it was a £15 gift card.Phoned several times.Was promised a manager would phone today between 4.30 and 5.30.No body rings.Phoned myself again only to have them put the phone down.SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was disappointed with the sales support, he didn't even ask me about my buying history, to confirm what I needed to complete my purchase. I needed to buy more accessories when I got home, to enable me to use my laptop.
I was so disappointed I will not be using Curry's again

Went on line and ordered two items then collected an hour later so easy and convenient.

Suma and James were outstanding with their personal approach. They displayed a very high degree product knowledge and provided excellent guidance and advice. Both reflect the excellent standard of customer service that does credit to the store and company at large

My customer service representative, Sanitha, was excellent throughout my purchase of a new vacuum cleaner. She was extremely helpful and gave service with a smile which always gives me the impresion of someone who is interested, wants to help and wants the best outcome for the customer.
