What a disgrace.
What a disgrace.. I organised to collect a new apple iphone from your store having spoken to a Customer Adviser online when I asked if my sim card could be transferred to my new phone by an employee at the srore on collection of the phone. At no time did he mention that I would have to pay £25 to complete the swap to my new phone.. apparently this is the cost to transfer the data on my existing phone! I had waited 40 minutes to collect my phone and then be told the cost by the employee!This is just not acceptable! Come on Currys ..up your game!! I am now going elsewhere!

Shambolic delivery and installation
Our experience in store (Bromborough) was great and we have no complaints about the in store staff. But the delivery and installation was shambolic. We ordered a 65inch tv and sound bar to be installed together. Curry’s delivery arrived and said their job sheet was only for the tv and that they were given a 1 hour timescale in which to do so; so would not install the sound bar. We returned to the store and explained the problem and we were told the delivery men should have installed both items. They arranged for Order World to come out and install the sound bar, but a call from an Order World engineer said this would need 2 men to remove the tv, then attach the sound bar, then reattach and set up the whole system. This would incur further cost (which he could not give me until the visit). He also said the curry’s delivery team should have set up both the tv and sound bar on their initial visit. We have now returned the sound bar to store, where once again, the staff were very understanding and helpful.
