TERRIBLE!! Firstly there was no contact when I ordered the laptop to when it was ready and then it broke after just 3 months.
Then they took it in for repair and expected me to pay £100 to SAVE the data, my data that I’d worked on for the last 3 MONTHS!! Or I could take it back and save the data myself and send it back again, it wouldn’t even turn on but I was expected to PAY and additional £100 to save my own data.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!
RIP OFF SERVICE!!

Currys really need to improve customer…
Currys really need to improve customer service.
I have bought a lot of items from currys including x box,tumble dryer ×2,hoover×2,tv's×4,cooker and dishwasher.
Currys customer service is consistently bad. Staff seem unwilling to help.
I visit stores to see physical item and for help when ordering.
I go with items in mind.
This is not the first time ive come across customer service where i feel like an inconvenience to them.
On this occasion following yet another poor customer services staff member I'm left wondering if maybe a different shop would be better.
