Hasnat (instore 28/09/26) was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. A special thank you for all the assistance.
My delivery arrived right on time today (2nd October 2026 at around 11:15 AM). The delivery team was fantastic—very cheerful, polite, and kept me updated every step of the way. They installed the machine perfectly and took great care with the setup.
I was in the middle of an online lesson while they were working, and I really appreciated how understanding and professional they were about it. I unfortunately didn't catch their names, but thank you both so much for your hard work and professionalism.

Easy pick up

Beverly was extremely knowledgeable about the product I wanted and her customer service was brilliant. I only gave it a 4 star due to waiting around and other staff members at that time not knowing much about the product I wanted hence why I had to wait for someone who did.

Order ready for collection within minutes of ordering.

I wish to say that the service I received during my visit at Purley Way Curry’s was outstanding. The customer advisor took the time and had the patience to make sure I found the right item I was interested in purchasing. I was very happy with the service.

Very disappointed haven't got my product yet paid for delivery slot still did not deliver they said on the phone that they are going to deliver on Sunday misleading information on the phone and I am still waiting for a response

The £400 equipment i ordered where delkvered bu DPD where the rubbish bozes for throwknf were. Now not refunding my equipment.

There is absolutely no customer service. There are plenty of staff around, but they just walk around doing nothing. The person who was supposed to help me did not do their job properly, so I had to go back there 2–3 times. This was extremely tiring, especially on working days. The whole staff needs to be replaced

Could have more small televisions to chose as this is our second television in our home. Delivered quicker than we thought.

Do not bother with Curry’s Purley Way Croydon! We went to buy a fridge freezer and there were no salespeople about! It was 15 minutes before we saw someone only to be told that they were busy serving another customer. Went back to the store the next day and was told they do not deliver fridge freezer to a first floor flat!
I rang Appliances Direct and got a similar item delivered the next day right to my kitchen ,
Avoid this store! Useless

Overall, a very disappointing customer experience. Customers should not have to search the store for assistance, nor feel as though they are an inconvenience when asking for help. The conduct of the manager was particularly disappointing, and as a result I will not be purchasing from this store.
