Off peak mid week let down
Having purchased a head. I was expecting to be in and out. However this was not the case . Huge shop little or no staff . Noone at tills or collection point. Had walk half down shop before finding someone to help. They called over tanoy for some to go to collections no-one arrived but they did come over themselves after finishing with the customer they had been helping.

The fridge freezer would not go into…
The fridge freezer would not go into the kitchen and the drivers very kindly waited whilst a finial ( on the stairs) was removed so we could get it into kitchen

We were looked after in store by a very helpful member of the sales team.
The only problem we had was with the computer sales system which changed our address details. Although we were assured by another assistant that it wouldn't matter, it did. I spoke to customer support who said they couldn't correct our address details - really?! - but that a note would be passed to the delivery crew. It wasn't. Luckily, they rang when they realised that they were delivering to the wrong address just down the road.
All ok in the end, and it's a great TV.
