Very helpful staff both at the product selection and during our collection.
Somewhat annoying that the Dyson product was not available in store to view as we had to make a 15 mile round trip twice which made us consider going to another retailer.

I went in to enquire about a new box to go with my old television and it was going to be different to match one up as the television is so old and already having other issues. We decided to go for a new television of which I know very little about. The gentleman that served us was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He helped us to decide on the right television for us and arranged delivery and collection of my old television too.

If you can’t see something on display, always ask.
My wife and I went to our local Penzance store looking for Apple Watches. We could not see any on display so we asked Jim. Jim was, as ever, very helpful and explained that they did have some watches but not on display. He explained what they had and what the watches could do and we ended up buying a new watch each. Well done Jim !

I had no problem with the staff in…
I had no problem with the staff in store, they were all polite and efficient. My issue is with the website, I ordered a microwave online on oct the 8th because the website said it was available for collection on the 8th. So I drove to the store that same evening to collect it. But no it wasn't available to collect i was supposed wait until I received a text message to tell me it was ready for collection. Why put a date for collection when that's not the case?

I went to our local curry’s in Penzance…
I went to our local curry’s in Penzance and I cannot recommend this store enough I had an issue with a washing machine I had recently purchased I was served by Mark R who was amazing he listened and sorted our issue out for us he’s a real asset to curry’s and because of his excellence I will definitely be back to buy from curry’s again thankyou

I was after a set top box recorder
I was after a set top box recorder, I saw what I wanted online and instead of ordering from home I actually went old school and bought it from the shop, absolutely no problem and had it up and running within an hour, amazing service.
