Main focus is selling extras than helping customers
There was little advice about the item I was purchasing, no clear instructions on how it worked, and no information that the charger was not included.
I only discovered this after returning home, meaning I had to make another trip to the shop to purchase one. This could easily have been avoided with better communication.
The sales assistants appeared much more interested in selling care plans, insurance, accessories, antivirus software and other extras than in making sure I had the information I needed about the product.Unfortunately, this seems to be the standard approach with every purchase at this retailer

Staff must understand customers rights
I bought a Samsung tablet from your store. When I got it home it didnt work. I rang your helpline, they said take it back to the store and tgey will give me a new one. At tge store I was told I coukdnt have a new one or a refund Id have to wait 30 days which is nonsense. It was not until I demanded to see tge manager tgat my request was accepted. Has none of your staff heard of the Sale if good act
