Currys - Stockport Avis 

I waited 45 minutes to get assistance which was not very good.
When a sales assistant finally came to me, he was helpful and I made my purchase.

So much choice of products and the staff are so helpful. In fact, the female member of staff (Fiz) that assisted us taught us more about laptops/chromebooks than we ever knew before!

Speed of Service. Bought Washing Machine on a Monday, Delivered and Fitted on a Tuesday. Took old machine away for recycling.

We purchased an under the counter freezer which had a dent on the door when delivered.The following day after a visit to the store and an explanation it was exchanged the following day with no problems. The delivery staff were more than helpful as opposed to the first team who brought the damaged item. Would recommend Curry’s.

On entering the store Fiaza was there to help us with our purchase of a washing machine,she sorted a delivery time that suited us.ahe was very helpful.
The delivery and installation took less than 20 minutes and was done most efficiently,

Staff were helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. We were looking for a fairly cheap laptop and the assistant didn't try and 'upsell' instead he asked how the laptop would be used and said that a basic one would suit our purposes as we didnt need it for gaming or graphics. When the one we wanted wasn't in stock he tried to see if he could order it however we decided to go to the next nearest branch with one in stock. A very pleasant shopping experience!!

I stayed at home all day today, 28:09:26 which was inconvenient, for my confirmed, scheduled installation slot of TV and stand. No one showed up and no explanation at all was given for this. When I finally managed to contact the customer service team via telephone, I was told I would have to wait another 3 days for another slot. I called back to politely explain that I find this unacceptable and that I would like to speak to a manager concerning a refund or some compensation. I was told 'No one else can do anything, you have been given another date.' Due to this unsatisfactory dismissal, I politely requested details of how to formally complain and was told they would be sent to me in an email, which I haven't received yet.
Under the circumstances, I would like to request a refund of the installation fee and to be fitted in for another slot as priority before the 1st October. The policy states if I was not in I would have been charged for the appointment.

How can i review a product i have not recieved ? A simple click and collect order , nothing big just a switch game 7 days atfer being ordered. It said collect after 4 days , checked in store on 5th day , very confused staff frantacally check shelves and computer no product , to eventually say it being delivered that day i will get an email , nope no email came , online customer service assured me id get an email in 24hrs , waited 48hrs no email. Phoned customer services lady very rude as i requested a full refund and to cancel my order as again she tried "that its in transit" and why do i want to cancel just basically wait !! Then tells me i cant cancel it untill it arrives in the store , so if it doesnt arrive instore , Currys keep your money and product , they know if they give me a refund i can click and collect at 2 other stores on the complex and i have it within 48hrs ! Honestly wish i had done this in the first place !!
Also when i phone customer services why can i hear a mulitiple agents on calls with other customers ? This makes it so hard to have a conversation no wonder the lady rude it must make it extremely difficult to help with all that going on
