They do what they say they would do. And why shouldn’t they. You pays your money and expect nothing less.

Very disappointed with my recent purchase experience at Currys. While my phone died and I went downstairs to charge it, a sales assistant rushed my wife to complete the billing. Because of this hurried process, they didn't even allow us to apply our Blue Light Card discount. As regular customers who shop here frequently, this poor service is very disappointing, and we are unlikely to return

I spent £300 at Currys, but unfortunately I wasn’t offered any discount, deal, free gift, or any additional benefit. Honestly, it makes me question the point of shopping here when I could have purchased the same products elsewhere and potentially received a better deal. I expected a little more for spending £300, and that’s why I’m disappointed with my experience.

Ordered and picked up from store. Really quick and easy. Staff helpful and polite. Excellent service.

Found the printer I wanted on your website, ordered it easily. A bonus was 18% off voucher on website. Collected it from your store the next day. I am now up and running.

The person I was shopping with was a bit confused as to what He needed, he was helped by a very knowledgeable young man called Rob, he was happy to advise on the best product needed.

After having had such a terrible experience with trying to get our 10 month old, still looking as new as the day we bought it from Currys on 28th November 2025 and still therefore under guarantee faulty Panasonic Microwave Oven examined and or repaired by the Panasonic Customer Communication Centre team over 3 days of chasing them and never receiving the promised call from them the staff at Swindon store were most helpful in resolving our problem with the faulty oven.

Still waiting for my order hence 1 star.
I finally received my order by just going to the store and asking if it was there, fortunately I don't live far from the store.
The staff at Swindon Greenbridge were all very helpful, it's just a shame their system of contacting me is slower than people. Staff 5 stars

The salesman who helped me choose my new refrigerator, I think his name was Steve, is the perfect person for the job he does. Kind with his time and super helpful, not once did I feel rushed. He genuinely helped me decide, looking when each of the three potentials could be delivered, measuring each of them. A genuinely, really great experience.

The chap that put our freezer into the boot of our car - didn’t catch his name, but he’s a credit to Curry’s. He was friendly, courteous, very strong with an excellent loading technique.

Oliver made our experience so great he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and very patient with two not very technically minded people.

Trying to raise an out-of-warranty Consumer Rights Act complaint with Currys is extremely frustrating.
I called both 0344 561 1234 and 0344 561 0000, but the automated system just sends me around in a loop and back to the beginning.
I am not making a warranty claim. I am trying to exercise my statutory consumer rights with Currys as the retailer, but there seems to be no clear way to reach anyone who can deal with it.
Very poor customer service.

Deep fat fryer purchase, very helpful and we got a great deal with the amazon price match and the guy that served us explained the blue light card and how it worked he was very professional, helpful and had good customer service skills lovely bloke, he advised us to buy a lottery ticket seen as we got luck with the deal lol but we only won a £1 x
