Delighted - curtains look fabulous and were turned around very quickly. CMS also went out of their way to make sure I got the last bit of a particular fabric as it has been discontinued. Much appreciated

I had a tablecloth made. The fabric seems to be good quality and was well-sewn to specification. It looks stylish. It seems the dimensions were greater than the width of the fabric, so two narrower strips were sewn, one on each dise of the full fabric width. This looks ok, but I hadn't considered this limitation.

This company gets one star for using DHL for fulfilment. It is always a nightmare and they take no responsibility for what DHL do.

Absolutely love our new curtains! Was nervous about ordering without viewing a display sample first, but I didn’t need to worry, they are of a very high standard and fit perfectly. Plus arrived earlier than expected, bonus! Added the scatter cushions on a whim and so glad I did, they really tie the room together. Wish I had more rooms to order curtains for now! Would definitely recommend, excellent :)

Easy to use website with clear information when purchasing, providing different options on each step of the way. Would be nice to see it modernised slightly be not at the expense of what makes it work in the first place.

Very helpful staff with quick email response when required, nicely packaged curtains delivered on time and beautifully made. I have always made my own curtains in the past so this was a real treat to have them made for me!

I placed an order for blinds just in the nick of time for guaranteed delivery by Christmas only to be told just 2 weeks before Christmas that due to an internal error my order had not been processed. I was so disappointed but instead of the usual denial and defensiveness, Curtains Made Simple immediately admitted their error and took responsibility. How very refreshing.

Juliette bent over backwards and worked some magic with the fabric supplier and went on to make up my blinds in record time so that I still received both sets of blinds before Christmas. She also provided regular updates on progress without over promising. I’m so impressed with their honesty and dedication to great customer service. And the blinds are beautifully made as well. A lesson here for other retailers on how to treat their customers when things go wrong.

This was my 3rd pair of curtains from Curtains Made Simple and my goodness they live up to their name.
Firstly there's a huge range of fabrics to choose from in all price ranges. It's easy to get samples. The website helps you to get exactly the right size by asking for specific measurements rather than leaving it to you to work things out.
When the curtains arrive they are already gathered with hooks in place. All you have to do is hang them.

I love my new curtains! The quality and finish is superb and the team contacted me to make sure everything was correct in my order. Arrived when they said they would and look so good. Would definitely use again!
