I bought a bathing suit,returned it to the only address on package,they claim they couldn’t find my order,don’t buy anything from them

I ordered 5 swimsuits from curveshore. They arrived relatively quickly, shipped from NY. The quality was nice but only 2 out of the 5 fit. I had planned to return some items, that was why I ordered so many. I reached out via email to ask about the return the same day the items arrived. I have now been going back and forth for 2 weeks trying to be able to return these and they are now just ignoring my emails. It started our asking of I checked the size chart before ordering. I explained that I did but I fell in 3 different size categories based on the measurements. They then asked for pictures with measurements to prove they were wrong. I had to tell them that the sizing wasn't wrong, they just didn't fit. They then said they could give me a discount to keep them but I had no use since they didn't fit so I just wanted to return then. Now, they will not return my emails or tell me where to send them. Now i see the other review on here saying you need to send to China for a return and I am not happy about that. I specifically researched this company to make sure the suits were shipped from the USA because I didn't want to deal with this type of frustration. I do not recommend ordering from this company!

1 out of 3 IS bad.
I purchased 3 swimdresses from curveshore. When the items arrived 2 had issues. One was not as described, arriving as a dress and briefs instead of a full swimsuit underneath. The second item had a fully raw skirt hem edge which I have had to have hemmed.
They dodged and dived offering a poor restitution of $12 on $80 worth of goods and finally said send back to China (Oh yes, this is a Chinese company no American as it appears) at my cost for a refund. The cost of sending back out weighs the refund anyway.
BUYER BEWARE.
It's a shame as the one item that was ok is very nice.
