Customtify has great customer service and makes beautiful phone cases. When I ordered my custom phone case, I accidentally put the wrong shipping address (with a false country!). When I realized afterwards, I contacted them and quickly got a positive reply: they changed the address and also sent me a tracking link, so I could see when my parcel would arrive. The phone case turned out beautifully and I’m satisfied with the experience.

Customtify is the best! I have ordered 3 custom phone cases for my Samsung 25 and each one has come out beautifully! The print is high quality and the case is extremely durable. They let you upload your own photos and you can edit how you want your phone case to look. The finished product always looks the same as your preview! The price is the best part, super affordable. I will continue to use customtify for all my custom phone cases!

I ordered a personalized picture I Phone case the Pictures were nice and detailed and looked exactly like the ones I downloaded they did a really great job and I am proud of the purchase I now have the ones that I hold dear to me close at all times.

BEWARE! A SCAM. Order placed paid $20 for expedited 4-5 day shipping. Over 2 weeks later, no product, no refund, and no more correspondence. They only initially responded offering a $20 coupon off my next purchase. What a joke!

I have been trying to get a refund for my order and it has been a headache. I ordered a case for my daughter, realized I wanted to change the words in it, to which they sent me a draft of my new design and I confirmed it. I was still sent the original design and that was made horribly. The photos did not even cover the case like the online design showed. I would just like my money back for the awful quality and not getting the design I had confirmed with the change.
