Still not arrived and still showing awaiting processing. Tried emailing with no responses just about to request a refund will not be using them again please read all comments as this has happened a lot recently

Took longer to arrive , and I had to chase it. Seller did not reply until I sent my second email .

I'm very happy with the quality of the fabrics and the price of the cotton threads.

delivery was extremely slow though but after I'd emailed a couple of times the package was delivered soon after.

Lovely weight fabric at a great price. Will use for a pinafore dress and possibly a top as well. Potential for many uses.

Would suggest you put a picture of purchase in the recommendation request for those of us who purchase from more than one shop and are not sure which fabric you are asking about!

This is the second time that I have placed an order and paid for it only to find that it is still showing as “unfulfilled” on the app. I have again had to request a refund. I have bought previously from them and had no such issues and found the fabric to be of good quality. I am extremely disappointed as I would liked to have remained as a customer but I now think this very unlikely.

Ordered 21/5/2026. Date today is 3/6/2026. Not received my order!! Have emailed, got a response but no goods . Will not recommend this scam outfit in future.

The fabric was a very good price and a good quality.
It took a while to arrive, but when I contacted them it arrived very quickly. It was well packed. I will definitely shop again.

Great fabric

There was a delay in delivery, but as soon as I made an enquiry the company did everything to put things right. Another good experience with this business.

Ordered 24th April, waited until 12th May to let me know only 1/2 the order was available. Did. Want the 1/2 available or cancel the order and get a refund.
A refund obviously, but why wait 18 days to let me know? Not appreciated at all.

I had to chase up my order and then it was cancelled with no explanation. When I look on my account it says the order was fulfilled! Very disappointing. I just wanted my fabric. 🤷‍♀️

I have been waiting for my order . Have emailed no reply ,
I have asked for my money back . One word that keeps popping up order unfulfilled, my money has been taken , maybe it’s a scam to get money ?
