Outstanding service despite the small spend
I went to store for a small component for my Giant Trance. The part in question was £3.50 but the service I got was as if I was spending £3.5k on a new bike.
I was helped by Dave in store who helped identify the part I needed, ordered it to store and emailed when it was ready to collect.
Very friendly, very professional and made me feel a valued customer despite my very insignificant spend.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and will de-fault to the store for any future bike purchases

Super high Postage Charges
Poor postage prices that are totally unacceptable and inflexible and no help from customer services. £4.99 postage for an item weighing 6 grams and could easily have been delivered using an envelope and a second class stamp, the only reason I bought from these is the item was unavailable in the UK so my hands were tied. I’ve have a picture of the item and weight 6g.

We bought my wife’s bike from Cycle Revolution and they were excellent in terms of customer service and advice from start to finish. John helped find the perfect bike and assisted with buying through the cycle to work scheme.
The quality of service led me to get my MTB services there and they did an excellent job in fully servicing the bike so it rides like new again.

Efficient and quality service
Booking of a service was very easy, always polite and helpful. Service was a very good standard and efficient.
Unfortunately
Unfortunately, I must say with regret that the bicycle arrived to me damaged – the rear derailleur is bent. I don’t know if this happened during transport, and I am not blaming anyone. I work away from home and I am not at home from Monday to Friday. My son, together with my friend, assembled the bicycle, and my wife threw away the box. It turned out that the rear derailleur is bent, because the chain keeps catching, so the derailleur is misaligned. Since the box was thrown away, I didn’t even try to submit a claim, because I have no way to return the bicycle.
I went to Halfords to diagnose the issue, and they confirmed that the rear derailleur is bent and needs to be replaced entirely. It’s a great bike, but unfortunately, I have to state that it arrived damaged.
