The membership auto-renews and then customer serviced refers you back to a 15 page customer agreement, where, in the fine print, it says that once a membership auto-renews it will not be refunded.... Voir plus

Never signed up for a paid subscription, got charged, and no reply from customer service after several emails. No online chat support either. Disappointing.

It is the best for creating talking avatar videos, excellent quality, and also fast in creating them. The only flaw is the credit system; if the video turns out poorly, credits are still deducted, which is not fair. However, the customer support is excellent; sometimes they refund you when they see that the video came out with defects. Definitely the absolute best on the market.

Utter tripe. An error happened when I created a video and it said to resubmit the data. Not only did it resubmit the data but charged me for multiple times for their system error. I did contact support who stated they would resolve the error and refund the charges - unfortunately, the did not and no longer respond to emails. I will be contacting bank to enter a chargeback

Pricing is absurd. For $5.99/mo you only get 10 minutes of video a month, and it includes their watermark. If you want an hour of video a month, it's $300, and still includes a watermark!
