I think this is a con company I bought a tablet through go goodie received nothing the response to e-mails is automatic reply never follows up beware of this company don't but anything from them I shall be pursuing my money back through the small claims court, also I am asking voucher companies to remove them from their list of sellers

Do not touch this company... after spending good hard earnt money the goods i received eventually after sending over 30 emails complaining came and still was nt the correct items.i was missing two deachable keyboards and two cases and two sets of earphone. i have never had such bad service from a company.
Go to a reputable company and please dont make my mistake. My problems have still not been rectified. My items were supposed to be given as presents at christmas. This was not the case as i had to buy alternatives from elsewhere!!!

5 days they said, still waiting contacted loads of times, now won't even answer me. Never again will I buy anything from Wowcher D2D ARE SO IGNORANT

I bought a tablet through Wowcher who in turn bought it from d2d when it arrived 2 weeks late I charged it fully and it worked fine i tested it though rally it worked fine after reading the reviews i was a bit skeptical I switched it off quite happy did,nt use it for a couple of week when I did the battery was flat so all day yesterday I charged it but it would,not charge more than 98% and when I try to switch on it comes on for a few seconds asking for a pass word which I do not have as I did not put one in in the first place so now I have another tablet that I can not use use total rubish and its no good trying to get min touch with d2d because their phones seem to be permanently out of order and they do not answer emails.

Like my Money I think this company has gone.......Purchased as so many other before me via wowcher one of these tablets in AUGUST 2016 for my partners Birthday. Charged first time and worked well until it needed recharging....would not recharge in fact froze with the picture of the little android on the screen....tried calling customer services for 2D2 only to be advised that their number was temp out of service. Trust me i worked for BT for 15 years...this means they have been disconnected for some reason - tried the email address although i knew what was coming - the rubber email - bouncing back...yeap they've either been cut off for none payment or they have done a runner with our cash - Lesson Learned - if the offer looks to good to be true trust your instinct because it usually is.....we who received the Tablets clearly received faulty ones they acquired from some dodgy contact and sold them over and over again - some had them others didnt - give up they are not going to come - but i think we have all been stung.

I ordered two vouchers through wowcher over a month ago, both which state the products would turn up with in 5 days. Three weeks later after contacting wowcher who had to chase the merchant one tablet turned up. It has now been well over a month and the second has still not turned up with no reply after numerous emails to D2D from myself and Wowcher. It is disgusting and totally unacceptable.

wish i had read reviews before i purchased a tablet through wowcher it was rubbish so slow and would not charge properly my grandson was so disappointed as it was for his birthday i came with keyboard and earphones it was money i could not afford to waste i was so upset it now lies in a drawer will never deal with them again be warned also wowcher should stop dealing with this company Gutted .....

Avoid this company, if you don't want to loose money. I'm bought via wowcher tablet from D2D. Was without normal charger (for me was need to buy wall outlet). After 1 day stop to work, absolutely not charging. I'm sent them back( I'm paid), because they didn't provide free return address, as normal companies. Plus I'm called them regarding refund, send to many emails and until now I'm didn't get any refund. Then I call them , some customer service advisor says after 2 days will be refunded. Pass around 2 weeks, nothing, still I didn't get any money.
Please avoid this company, they selling faulty items via Wowcher. Wowcher looks like working together hand by hand with them. Want to loose money, need to buy from them. On the end will be no money no item. Just avoid. Order number-15863413, item number-16714522

I bought a tablet through wowcher from these guys and can safely say I won't be getting anything from either company again. Was given no notification of dispatch, item had not turned up over two weeks later. They responded to my first email to tell me they had no idea where my item was or when it would arrive. Helpful. And then after daily emails badgering them and threat of getting a refund via wowcher it miraculously appeared. Looks refurbished and was missing headphones. Used it for a couple of hours, put it on charge and now it has completely crashed and can't do anything with it. Piece of total crap, and waste of money. Will be sending this back for refund, whether I get one or not is another story, based on my experience so far it is not going to be easy. Avoid at all costs!

After ordering a tablet with keyboard and free headphones and I have to admit it's so crap it was returned immediately and reported to trading standards, they are sending out terrible quality fake dr beats beats headphones with their sets which was a surprise as it just stated headphones buy the use of the fake goods is very concerning, can provide photographs for proof if needed

I bought a tablet for £70 via a wowcher deal the item had still not arrived after a month past the 5 working day delivery window. After several correspondences the company could not provide the following details:
Date of dispatch
Company used for delivery
Any tracking details for delivery
Estimated delivery date

Do not use this company for anything ever! Terrible service and no goods. They refuse to refund as they say the item is dispatched yet no item arrives so its now in the hands of an ombudsmen.

Avoid this company i bought a tablet through wowcher which you should also avoid.it took me 34 days to get the item which i paid for after sending so many emails but it says 5 days delivery on the wowcher website.now i have the tablet it works so slowly ihave downloded one game application only one angry birds go for my son but it works so slowly and sometimes it stops.i have sent an email about this problem to d2d but never got any reply i will never buy anything from this guys or wowcher they are dodgy

Ordered a tablet, headphones and keyboard cover from these rip-off merchants on 30/7/16, as of yet 15/8/16, i have not received them within their five working day delivery schedule. I have rang them on numerous occasions and spoke to 2 different asian men, (peter and john, believe it or not) on all occasions they either hung up or left me on hold for an eternity. Luckily for me i live about twenty miles from this company, so when i do receive the goods i shall be returning them in person with my own invoice for cost of goods(refund), delivery charge (refund), cost of my phone calls to them (currently around £35), my own delivery charge to them (£10) and for the inconvenience of having to take it back myself (£50). They want try rip me off, lets see who wins.

I ordered an item from D2d through wowcher & they delivered this item within 3 days. I am very happy to see the quality. I can't believe they are providing such item in this cost. I love to buy another one.

I ordered a tablet and headphones in time for my sons birthday thinking as advertised would get in 5 days with a couple of days spare to set it up, here we are 3 weeks later and still no tablet I have rang a number of time over this 3 weeks and been told I should have it by Friday the first time then they got the wrong door number even tho it clearly stated on the paper work with the right details then to be told again should be with you on Friday again, the customer service was really poor and no empathy in any sort of way for the problems we had and the number of calls that cost me over £20 to try and get this sorted, I would advise not to bother with this company just a waist of time

got tablet for xmas and at first seemed fine! Did notice that charge wasnt great but put this down to first time use! The charge eventually got worse so i returned they said the would refund or replace! waited 4 weeks and only returned when called! they then returned item but it wasnt a replacement at first thought it was fixed but it wasnt they have sent a cable back which is to insert into the headphone socket to charge it! am refusing to use as they havent fixed fault and how do i know the other cable is safe to use! i also noticed now the screen clicks and picture goes when i handle it like they have tried to fix and they couldnt! now a would like a full refund! the staff when we call arent helpful very rude and there english isnt the greatest! also this was 1 of 3 tablets 2 have been faulty the other hasnt been used yet by a friend so will be interesting to know if its ok! Have spoken to trading standards/consumer rights and they will take further if i dont get a full refund

This is the worst tablet I have ever purchased and all the reviews are correct, its slow poor quality, the headphones didn't work no need say more, will try to get a refund but am not holding much hope. Won't be buying from this company or Wowcher again.

Having read some of the terrible reviews here I was very worried that I would experience difficulties with two tablets I ordered from wowcher for my two girls for x mas.
I needn't have worried, both of them arrived within 5 days, in secure padded envelopes.
Switched on fine and set up of wifi and apps.
Very happy with order overall.

If I could give it zero stars I would!! Absolutely awful product and service!! I paid £29.99 for a tablet apparently worth over £100 and £9.99 delivery fee through wowcher. Estimated delivery was 3-5 working days, I received the product after 14 days. I wouldn't mind paying for delivery if it came on time and in a professional manner. The brand new tablet I ordered came in a cheap Jiffy bag with no fragile warning signs on through my letterbox onto laminated floor. When I used the tablet it was of poor quality and no one near as good as they stated. It was slow and had terrible resolution and hasn't held any charge. I have tried contacting d2d but have had no reply to my emails. I have tried ringing numourous times and have either been hung up on or told to leave a message which I was unable to do as their inbox was full( of complaints I assume). I have emailed again demanding a full refund including delivery fees and to be contacted within 24 hours otherwise I'm going to trading standards. Absolute conmen, avoid at all costs!!!!

I bought a tablet for my daughters Christmas present. It was advertised on wowcher. I ordered the tablet on 5th November and paid £9.99 delivery! It was only supposed to take 5 working days to arrive and it took 12 working days in total. The packaging was poor and there was no label to say the contents were fragile so the postman just put it straight through the letterbox. When I opened the packaging the tablet turned on and according to the manual it needed charging even though it was already fully charged. I plugged the tablet in to charge and went back to it half an hour latter and the screen was blacked out. Followed all instructions to try get the tablet to turn on and nothing has worked...It is simply bust. I am very frustrated as it took so long to arrive and when it finally does its useless to me. On top of this..correspondence from d2d and wowcher has been extremely unhelpful, slow and just an automated 'bear with us' email. I just hope it gets refunded and on time so I can replace the tablet with a WORKING one from a RELIABLE company. Do not use this company.
