Hats of to the guys at Datatrack Labs. They achieved the impossible. All data recovered from a disk which had been written off by another specialist. Eternally grateful to Neil and the gurus out the back!

I cannot fault the service I received but data recovery on a whole seems very expensive. I'm just happy I got all my files back.

Contacted numerous companies regarding my hard drive failure, most of them were only concerned about me getting my disk sent in as soon as possible, Datatrack however took the time to listen to my problem and it wasn't a pressure sales phone call. They advised on what they could do and gave me a belief that I would see my data again. Also they were the only company which didn't try running the other companies into the ground.

Datatrack Labs restored all my data to a handy portable disk and sent it to my works address secure delivery within 48 hours of payment. A big thank you to Neil the operations manager. Five star service.

If you ever drop a Samsung portable hard drive then these guys should be your first port of call. I foolishly went to another company who held the disk for 4 weeks and then confirmed it was impossible to recover the data. Datatrack Labs managed to recover 3 critical PST files from the disk, if I could not get that data back my job was on the line. They are life savers!

It cost me £100 to have it assessed as the other company opened it and a further £500 for the recovery. Datatrack Labs informed me if I went to them first then the assessment would have been free and the recovery fee would have been £200 cheaper. So take my advice and save yourself some money, go straight to Datatrack Labs if you ever need a professional data recovery service.

Datatrack Labs were very professional throughout the whole process. They saved over 90% of my photographs from a very poorly memory card. I am unable to award the full five stars as they refused to provide the data on numerous CD ROMS so I had to settle for a USB flash drive instead. I would recommend them to my friends and family in a heartbeat.

My toddler pulled my external hard drive off a table, the disk starting making a sort of chirping sound. I was distraught. I submitted a few quote requests with various different companies, Datatrack were the first to respond. I spoke to Neil (who was very polite and understanding by the way (sorry for all the tears Neil) and he eased my fears about losing all the photos of my children since birth. My USB flash device got bent while in the PC. After calling several companies I decided to use data labs because they offered a fixed price for recovery. They recovered it and returned data on another flash drive ( which I now back up without fail )

It appears this industry is a minefield, I must be one of the lucky ones as I found DTL and they were nothing short of magnificent. I would recommend this company to retrieve your data every day of the week!

A company which knows it's subject. They recovered all of my data which my local PC guy said would be impossible. Slightly expensive and a delay in the dispatch so cannot award the full 5 stars.
