$25 for a small box of cookie dough. What a rip off! The box is approx 6 inch x 6inch that’s about 1 1/2 Inches thick. Yeah I know it’s a fundraiser for kids. But $25 for this small amount??

Now I'm going to give you a 1 star. Why do you think that you should charge approx. $2 a cookie? Deceptive advertising. I saw a big canister of the cookies that I ordered and got 24 cookies for 49 dollars. Now make that make sense. You awto be ashamed of yourself. Scamming people just shows your character. You need a loan? Sad part... the cookie was good. Skimming people takes the flavor right out you product. NEVER AGAIN CHEAP SKATE. 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

I was going to give these cookies and brownies as a gift to my 80 year old sister in-law for her birthday. This is my first time buying from David's Cookies and will be my only time buying from them. Some of the cookies arrived broken and that was because of how they packaged them. The metal lid was not secured to the metal box so it opened up allowing the brownies and cookies to move around. I told Amazon these items should not be sold here in California for that reason and also they have to be consumed in a short time for best flavor and not go stale. The company is located in New Jersey and shipping this fresh baked product here does not work. Amazon gave me a refund for this purchase, they are awesome.

I received cookies Sept. 1st as a birthday gift. I opened the can and what was in there was a can full of crushed cookies.Could not tell what kind of cookies they were if not for name on can. They are in the trash!

All hype, I received my shipment and deceptive practices. Advertisement shows large cookies. All cookies were the size of a fifty cent piece. I am truly disappointed with product. I tasted two of the 5 products I bought. They were the peanut butter and pecan. The peanut butter was decent and flavorful. But the pecan had an after taste like chemicals.

Ordered frozen cookie dough so I could make them as needed.

The oatmeal raisan cookies are the bomb!!! Seriously the best of the best!

The chocolate chunk is not good. Kind of a weird flavor and texture. Sadly bought 2 boxes of chocolate chunk and one oatmeal raisan, wishing now I only did the oatmeal.

The butter pecan meltways are delicious but most of them arrived crushed to a sand-like texture. I will have to enjoy them by spoon. I cant even share them with anyone else.

What a sham of a company for individual consumers. I received my $50+ order in shambles.. no cookies just crumbs!! Shameful. Charging these prices and offering at our expense shipping that represents a war zone.
There is no quality! I received very dry crumbling cookies that were not servable. They even had a stale taste to them! Keep your well designed deceitful marketing campaign. They will fool once for discriminating consumers but the risk of continuing this scam is dangerous.. I hope everyone who even begins to fall for your fake marketing will think with caution about the integrity of this company and their future ordering! I threw $$ away and wont be fooled again! Way too expensive for quality & size - $73.85!! Small cookies in cookie tin did not taste homemade, tasted like any store package soft cookie, threw them away. The coffee cake, hard as rock; I microwaved and still hard as rock, threw it away. Terribly disappointed in David's Cookies. I won't be back, wasted a lot of money, terrible experience.

Ordered from David's Cookies and my package was delivered to the wrong address entirely. Amazon's own tracking confirmed the misdelivery. No seller feedback option was available, and Amazon rejected my review due to it being too focused on seller and shipping issues. Zero accountability. Would not order again. I was terribly frustrated and disappointed because I was genuinely looking forward to the brownies that day. It was also going to be a gift.

I ordered David's Cookies expecting the fresh-baked quality they proudly advertise. Instead, I received cookies that were stale, hard, and about as "fresh-baked" as a hockey puck.
The cookies were disappointing, but the customer service experience was even worse.
When I contacted David's Cookies, I expected them to stand behind their product and simply replace the stale cookies with a fresh shipment. Instead, I was told to work through the retailer and was given no meaningful assistance from the company that actually baked the cookies.
I explained that I wasn't looking for anything unreasonable—just fresh cookies instead of stale ones. Rather than taking ownership of the issue, David's Cookies continued to redirect me elsewhere. The representative I spoke with was rude and dismissive, so I followed up by email thinking it might have been a one-time bad experience. It wasn't. The email response was just as unhelpful.
At that point, it became clear this wasn't an employee problem—it felt like a management problem. Good companies empower employees to solve problems. Poorly managed companies teach employees how to avoid them.
The funniest part? David's Cookies puts its name on the box, its name on the website, and its name on all the advertising. But when the cookies arrived stale, suddenly nobody at David's Cookies wanted ownership of the problem. If I had ordered them through Amazon, would they have blamed Amazon? If I bought them as a gift, would they have blamed the gift giver? If the cookies fell off the plate, would they blame gravity?
A stale cookie can happen. What shouldn't happen is a company refusing to stand behind its own product.
Needless to say, I'll never buy David's Cookies again. The cookies were stale, the customer service was worse, and the accountability was nowhere to be found. 🍪💀🤣

Bought cookies for aunts funeral, shipped ups, my work address didn’t accept ups, found out before delivery tried too change shipping address,called ups, they said need contact David’s cookie, David’s cookie company said too bad, and no refund or help what so ever! Stay Away From thieves!!!!!

Appalling customer service! The company never shipped the cakes. The customer service department is a joke. They lack professionalism, and basic training. I do not recommend this business.

Received a square tin of cookies as a gift. Cookies were rather flat-tasting, not much flavor. What looked like chocolate chip was actually raisin, not sure if it was supposed to be. Wouldn't buy or order for myself.

Absolutely dropped the ball !! Sent to all my deliveries merry Christmas with presidents Jewish staff And then then put from Sue, when my name is Debbie. Absolutely disgusted!!! Not to mention after speaking with a supervisor he neglected offer no resolution nor did he call me back, NEVER AGAIN. This was not one order this was 3 orders

The cookies may be great but won’t have the opportunity to try them. I ordered two tins of GLUTEN FREE cookies for family that has celiac disease. Although the slip and my order showed gluten free cookie and brownie mix I received one tin of assorted coffee cakes and one tin of mixed cookies. Neither one was what I ordered. I get how busy things are around the holidays but when they tout their gluten free cookies are made in a completely separate facility and then send you regular cookies and neither tin a cookie and brownie mix you can trust this isn’t unusual. If I hadn’t caught this and my family consumed the sweets with gluten this would be a legal matter as it is close to deadly for them.

I ordered a week before Thanksgiving expecting to receive them in a couple of days (like in previous orders). Wasn't shipped for 5 days until the Monday before. It is now Wednesday and still in transit. No eta in sight. Now with the holiday it is going to be even later. I am dreading what I will find when they finally arrive.

So very disappointed that I paid close to $40 (including shipping) for 8 cookies. The description was misleading, I interpreted it as the 1lb tin came with eight of each flavor. It was a gift to someone and it was a rip off in my opinion. Would not purchase again for that reason. Just way to expensive for the quantity.
