Wanted to leave a review to warn other parents of the nursery. They made me call them, accepted the review on the phone then still refused to let me post the review based on nursery stating they dont recognise me. Oh well they do! This kind of website is misleasing and can lead to danger to small children

Won't allow any negative reviews
We have had serious safeguarding concerns with a local nursery, we raised concerns with day nurseries to make other parents aware but they have said its under review and won't post anything negative. Since then the nursery has recieved poor by OFSTED so it isn't an untrue review. Everything that was said was factual ,didn't list any names or anything wrong. This has happened to nearly a dozen other parents for the same nursery

They won’t post negative reviews
It’s taken a month and a half to get feedback that they won’t publish my negative review, the same with multiple other parents about the same nursery, yet they posted a positive one from someone related to the nursery manager without verifying them.
We’ve jumped through hoops and had multiple calls and having to wait on their “legal team”. Not exactly a place for independent reviews and definitely don’t show the truth about the nurseries they have on there.

I have applied twice for two jobs in one of these nurseries and not once they never get back to you they don’t give you the reason why …
I have applied twice for a job in one of these nurseries. Haven’t had any experience all of a sudden you get an email saying you’re not successful. One month later they advertise the same job again on indeed so I apply again still shame you’re not successful and they don’t tell you the reason why very bad.

False review & Frauds - email used
I’ve never used the site, however my initials and email have been used to submit a review for Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery. Never heard of it and nor have I used or been on this website before!
I had an email quoting “your review is now live” that’s when I went on the website and saw.
Never used it and clearly shouts fraud page!

You can’t leave a negative review. They immediately push back. The whole process of “validating your review” that they put you through feels very shady and completely biased.
(EDIT: My review was at last published. Still, I felt that whole process of leaving a simple review was unnecessarily complicated. There were too many calls and emails involved and the fact that they initially refused to publish my testimony was very unpleasant. I would recommend that they simplify the process and by the looks of other reviews here at Trustpilot, I’m not alone in this.)

Bias. They will only list positive reviews of their business network
They are an advertising platform that refuses to list honest reviews of the nurseries who advertise on there. If you leave an honest review of a nursery of less than 3 then do not expect them to list it on their pages. This is disgraceful and risking the lives of babies and children by not allowing honest reviews of childcare providers.

Reviews are not an accurate reflection
I wrote a 5* positive review for our nursery a while back which was published almost immediately.
Subsequently the circumstances at our nursery have changed and I would hesitate to recommend it to other parents at present. I have found out I cannot remove my previous review, or alter the content.
I then tried to submit a new review which isn't negative but is critical of certain aspects of the nursery - it's fair, balanced, and accurate, and adheres to their guidelines but it hasn't been published.
I'd strongly recommend not taking daynurseries reviews as an accurate reflection of the situation at a nursery.

If I could give this ‘company’ a zero I would. Do not both leaving a review on their website and do not believe the reviews you see. YOU CANNOT LEAVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW. they pass your details on to the nursery for them to contest and as a result say No. The nursery say anyone can leave a review grandparents, aunties and uncles etc. but when it comes to it. That’s only for GOOD reviews. Even after providing screenshots of communication with the nursery manager. They wanted to know the name of the child that attended to pass on to the nursery. What the actual hell. No. You have all my details. You have my review.

In this case, your name and connection to the nursery were formally contested by them. As part of our Compliance process we subsequently gave you options of types of evidence that we would require to verify your connection.

This company blatantly holds back negative reviews. I submitted a negative review for a day nursery and in the 7 business days since, 3 positive reviews have been posted for the same nursery. They are clearly holding it back. So corrupt.

Corrupt organisation is all I can say. Will not let you leave a negative review and try to censor out all important information. We were leaving a review on a nursery which was committing fraud and then closing and re opening. We couldn’t leave the review because they said we can’t publish that. Reviews are to make the public aware. They wouldn’t let the public be aware. Silly company. With silly staf

This website is in talks with the nurseries listed on their page. When you drop a review of your bad experience on their site, they refuse to post the review, informing the reviewer that it is against their "moderation", they contact the concerned nursery, get paid by the nursery for informing them, the nursery will then use the screenshot of the unpublished review retrieved from this site's admin control panel and harass the reviewer with a lawyer for "defamation".

Awful Damaging Company
If I could rate this company as a zero I would. We received a vicious review through this and even though we had evidence to back up it was false we were completely disregarded by all the team at daynurseries despite making clear our reasons and offering them the evidence. They told us that their compliance team had said it was compliant even though my lawyers said that it was not justified to be published and then would not provide any evidence as to why they had come to this decision. They treated us with no compassion and did not care the damage they could do to our business if this was published even though it was completely untrue and is defamation of our business. We are currently taking legal action against them.

Brilliant nursery :)
Brilliant nursery staff are really friendly, two of my children have attended this nursery throughout the years before going to mainstream school & they both loved it in here, the manager couldn’t of asked for more with the help & support I was giving continuously being an SEND mum also the support couldn’t be more greatful made me feel at ease leaving my child here, can’t fault the nursery at all it’s clean & tidy for all the children, would recommend to family & friends just all round lovely nursery with staff who are just brilliant with the children
