Great design, and a professional installation of our new TV and media wall. Well thought through, and features added to improve home wi-fi.

I spoke to a very pleasant lady on the Wednesday, to arrange to have an outdoor aerial fitted, we agreed for the following Tuesday as I had various commitments. On Thursday I had call to say if I was free could an engineer come round, he did, quoted me a very good price, less than an hour later all done, and set up a tv recorder for me . Brilliant job, would highly recommend.

We have had problems with WiFi in our home since signing up for full fibre with Vodafone last summer. Despite trying several ways to improve the WiFi we were unsuccessful. We then contacted Digital Direct and Ben came to the rescue!

In a little over 3 hours he had fixed the problem and set up all of our appliances for us to enable a better network.

Although my original tv aerial had lasted only 7 years from aerials direct I was again really happy with them. The service they give is second to none, they explain up front the cost and offer advice. I would use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

What a pleasant surprise a company that does what it says. A great chap called Andy arrived listened to our needs and then provided a fantastic service. No hard sell just plain honest professional advise . Friendly and hard working a pleasure to have the company at my property. I also think he did the Areial change swiftly. No mess left just the old metal for the scrap man. Price was better than I expected as well but that’s probably asking some others who were not so professional.
