very quick delivery,but a bit dissapointed with the smell.

This is a very unprofessional decanter. Their service and packaging is sub par and do not even care enough to fill their boxes with protective packaging paper. Just a cheap plastic pump spray which leaked into the box. The worst part is that the purchased luxury brand perfume was FAKE! Do NOT buy from them. This company is a complete SCAM unfortunately.

I was very suspicious, even convinced it was a scam after reading the reviews here but I had already ordered when I checked the reviews.
Im shocked to say its real, the prices are amazing and the juice is not fake but the one thing I cant confirm is wether they use clones or originals, obviously, hence why im testing decants but scents feel quality.

I think they are doing themselves a disservice by not responding to the negative reviews and generally communicating better

I'm very happy with my order and the service. The tracking information was super helpful and the package arrived on time. Two of my decants got mixed up a bit (swapped sizes), but I decided to keep them as they were, and just reported the mix-up to the store to let them know. The response was very quick and I was offered a discount on my next purchase, so I really can't complain. Again, very happy with the purchase and will definitely order again. Just to add, as a noticed a couple of concerning reviews, I had sampled two out of four fragrances I ordered decants of from DP before, and they are absolutely legit. Just to share my personal experience!

My husband had problems with both the delivery and communication with this website. Honestly, it felt like a child was replying to the emails — you explain one thing, and they respond with something completely unrelated.

The customer service was rude, unprofessional, and very unhelpful. I would not recommend this website. The way they treat customers is unacceptable.

Scammers. Avoid avoid. The other 5 star reviews are obviously as fake as their scents. "Customer service" acts like a 14 year old boy.

One of the 5 milliliter bottles arrived empty. When I reached out, the reply included the words, "Hahaha, take a breather," which I found unprofessional. Also, when comparing some samples with originals I own, the longevity felt noticeably different. I'm not making any definitive claims, just sharing my direct comparison and experience. Based on this, I wouldn't order again.

I have bought several samples from here. I bought some for which I have the real fragrances to ensure they were genuine. They are not. These are fake samplesm do not buy

Was unsure when I first ordered because I wasn’t sure if it was real. However I can say I was shocked!!! I have placed another order. Customer service was amazing! All my queries were answered very quickly. I have recommended them to friends and family. I wouldn’t even bother going in store to get perfume now

I ordered 10ml of each gissah perfume, the order came fast and I didn't know gissah samples was available as they are saudi perfumes. Amazing service
