Printed incorrectly twice. This was a reorder with no changes.
Extremely long hold time for customer service.
After being on hold for 10 minutes for customer service being hung up on after 30 seconds of conversation and not receiving a call back
Approval of artwork on 1st reprint took 4 tries due to the art department not reading the proof reply.

i definitely put "Burke & Herbert Bank"…
i definitely put "Burke & Herbert Bank" in place of Summit, which was the old name...it used to be Provident", then Summit, then something else, i forget, and now for several years it's Burke and Herbert, and i clearly changed Summit to Burke and Herbert.....my bank has continued to honor summit checks, but i can't help but wonder for how long, since it's been many years, since it was summit.
so i am very disappointed getting another 250 Summit checks......VERY disappointed.
