I am not happy joining this loyalty program.
They didn't give me my refund as agreed if you pay via credit card. I keep on following up but just promises and I become uninterested to get it. I have accepted the fact that this is one of the bad choices/decision in my life.
I have been trying to book hotel under my points but they didn't respond to me until it's time that it's no longer accepted and we need to change again another hotel (which is annoying). Although, they once booked me but to be honest, such a 2-3 star hotel only. That's it.
I want to move on withbmy life and I don't want to hear anything about them. The moment I put my review here, they kept on calling me and demanded to delete my review if I want my refund back. They also told me about cyber crime etc...
I have moved on but I want this feedback of mine be heard, read, and be a guideline to think first before subscribing.
Don't get this program. It is not worth it.

Thank you de meridian...Its such a wonderful experience..everything went well to make a fantastic holiday..all went smoothly and the information recieved was very useful...everyday was an adventure and the itinerary which they have given for my family was fantastic...i will recommend this company for giving me such a memorable memories with my family...our experience was outstanding..
