Had what looked like a very tricky dent on my car
Contacted dent devils, great communication to arrange visit .Stephen Crawley attended and did a fantastic job . Found the whole process very easy and really satisfied with the result will recommend

Jack / Dent Devils from Peterborough came to my house and did an excellent job of removing the dents from my car. However solely the reason I give 1 star is having paid immediately the same day by bank transfer a month later a woman phoned me from Dent Devils Colchester office asking for payment. Mistakes can happen, but when it was confirmed I’d already paid the woman did not have the basic courtesy or etiquette to apologise - which is just rude and not the way to treat customers ……..just read this reply below, oh please !

Job well done... scratch gone completely.. no need to spray

Hello I had a dent at the rear of my car, I went to dent devils to see someone.I was told to go in the next morning to see Phil,who was great said he would be able to help with the repair.gave a price plus vat made a booking for a couple days time. On the day of repaire Phil made me feel a ease made me a cup of tes also show me were the toilets were .gave me a time to car to be ready in two hours, after a short walk the car was now in perfect order. DD made contact to suggest an arrival date, arrived as planned, removed dent in door maybe given as present by someone opening their car door onto mine. Bit PO as car only two weeks old from new. Rep very informative, polite, and explained repair process.

Paul came to my work to fix a dent on my Audi A6 door. He had it done in around 10/15 minutes and was a very pleasant bloke overall. This is the second time he’s fixed a car for me. Top notch job and highly recommended

My 2025 Skoda Superb ended up with a door ding within three months of purchasing and I was absolutely gutted. I was referred to Dent Devils by a friend and from the moment I got in touch I was treated with care and courtesy at all times. Even when I let them know a week later my mothers VW Polo had also picked up a ding, they quickly confirmed they could do when at my house.

Far cheaper than other quotes I got, in some cases up to £200 cheaper and the repair quality was impeccable, you wouldn't even know it was there.
Full credit and thanks to Will operating in Essex who came to my house, he was professional and polite during his time with me and explained the process to the T.

Waited 3 and a half weeks for a response and still nothing. I’ve gone with another company. Very, very poor service. Must be in a good market position if they can ignore potential customers

Lewie Green repaired two small, but very visible dents in the rear passenger door of my car. He was very professional and took his time to do an excellent job.
The door looks as good as new again. I am so pleased with the results. It was not expensive, but it was money very well spent.

Waited for 10 days for local technician to contact me, I gave up and found a local one who repaired the car within a few days. Important to keep in touch with your customers or they go elsewhere. Obviously too busy.

Really good customer service, car repair excellent, no sign of where the damage was, can’t recommend them enough and very reasonable prices.
Would wholeheartedly recommend them.
