Dent Devils Avis 

I uploaded my photos and was quickly contacted by Customer Services to let me know that they could help. I had a call from their technician the next day to arrange a date &quote. The same technician maintained regular contact via calls and SMS until today's appointment. I have tried 3 local body shops earlier and all of them said the doors will need to be painted as they’re made from aluminium which is very difficult to work with. Also, as the car is silver colour they need to touch other elements too to make it invisible at the end. The quotes were from £700 to £1100.
Dent Devils technician quoted £300 +VAT and I’m very happy with the final result. Most important… I’ve kept the original paint and job was done at my driveway. I’d recommend to anyone.

I’ve been told by Dent Devils that they couldn’t do the job and I needed a body shop for a 1/2” crease in my passenger door, no paint involved just a very small car park ding.

Been to body shop this morning, fixed within a few hours and looks perfect.

It seems they will only take on very very simple jobs.

I contacted Dent Devils to get a quote for repairing two dents on the NSF wing of my Toyota GR86. Their local expert rang me back and requested that I send him a video in addition to the earlier photos, which I did. Five minutes later I got a call saying that “it couldn’t be done” and that I “should contact a local bodyshop”. All this without even bothering to visit my location.
Instead I drove to a PDR workshop outside of my local area, whom was both happy to take on the task and able to restore the Aluminium panel to showroom condition. So, in my experience, if it’s an easy ‘bish-bosh’ fix then Dent Devils will be happy to oblige; if it isn’t, you’ll be better off finding a craftsman that’ll actually (1) appraise the job and (2) spend some time doing it.
Not recommended.

The boot of my DS was head butted by a fence. Contacted Dent Devils in Leeds for a quote and within 3 days and 2 hrs of work Chris had completely removed a complicated series of dents and creases. It is not an overstatement to say I was amazed at the result. Absolutely as good as new. On my experience I would 100% recommend them.

Mike removed a dink to to rear passenger door of my red fiesta and others on the nearside passenger door. All for £120 really knew how to do the work, can't see where they were. Excellent service and thanks, would recommend Dent Devils every time.

I took my Ecosport to Dent Devils in Colchester this morning. My dent was in a very awkward place just under the door handle, but Phil took a look and said yes that should come out and look as good as new. In just under an hour it was ready, and yes you wouldn’t have known there had ever been a dent there.
Excellent work Phil and Thanks for the coffee and short wait in the warm comfy waiting room.
This is my 2nd minor dent repair from this company and I would definitely recommend them.

Had a couple of dents removed Today off my car which was hit by a deer. Justin turned up this morning from Dent Devils and he was simply brilliant. Polite courteous and brilliant at his job, he somehow took the dents out completely. I just cannot recommend this co.pany highly enough. This lad is a credit to the company.

Given that a respected local bodyshop quoted £350 to repair this 'properly' (their words) I was a little skeptical of the paintless option.
The technician turned up on time today, took one look and said that he was 90% confident. Just over an hour later the repair was complete - and perfect....and only £150!
Like I say, I can only go on my personal experience and I would have no issues in recommending Dent Devils. Good customer service and polite, experienced technician. Only gripe is a lack of a PCI-compliant card payment service ;-)

Absolute waste of time email after email and no reply 😒 gave in in the end and went elsewhere, why have a company email address if you simply don't reply to emails?it just winds people up ,god knows what the service would be like if I had actually got someone to turn up 🤮🤮🤮🤮

Utterly abysmal customer service (and god forbid how the workmanship may have turned out.
I spent a lot of my precious time writing to Dent Devils) for a quote, uploaded pictures and everything. Only to be told there wasn’t a technician available for the time I’d requested.
I politely explained I wasn’t looking to book a time slot with a technician but was simply looking for a quote.
Customer service merely ignored me from here on.
If you want a job doing, a quotation and good sound customer service. I strongly recommend you go somewhere else. There are many many other companies doing the same work and they treat their customers respectfully too.
AVOID!

No apology or plausible reason for losing my later communication, other than a statement below that they can’t find it. Also advertising their services in my area when in actual fact they are unable to supply a technician near me.
Disappointed

Paul Gotts from Dent Devils came to look at my Range Rover Evoque on January 5th 2024 and albeit the damage was too severe for him to do, he gave some really good advice and told me of someone local who he felt would be able to repair it for me.
Paul is one of the nicest informative guys I’d met in a long time and I would throughly recommend him.

Filled out a quote form on the dent devils website and Steve got back to me within 30 minutes and we booked in my car to be done.
My dent was removed and it looked like there was never a dent there, it was a very clean repair.
Unfortunately when I washed my car after it was repaired, I noticed that there was a rather large swirl where the dent had been repaired. This is because my car was dirty from being daily driven, so I would've expected the door or area to be cleaned prior to the dent repair. Meaning I now have to pay a detailer to polish it out for me.

Phil arrived on time.
Very easy to have on site.
Spotted the very slight dent immediately.
All done in 10 minutes.
Brilliant service.

I completed the online enquiry, including photo's etc and submitted. They responded within a couple of hours, which is good to be fair, but the response simply said they didn't have any available technicians and I should go to my local bodyshop! I won't be wasting my time with this outfit again!
