DE Photo – kind, patient and truly professional
DE Photo were the official photographers at my daughter’s school Sports Day. I was the last parent left by their van, trying to place my order for four framed prints (for grandparents, home and my office). I had forgotten my reading glasses, so while spotting my daughter in the shots was easy, reading the tiny reference numbers… wasn’t. 😅
It took me nearly 20 minutes to figure it all out. They were already packing up, end of a long day, and I honestly expected some impatience. But no — they waited for me. Calm, friendly, professional. Not a single sign of rushing, not a word of frustration. Just helpfulness and respect for the moment.
This kind of attitude really matters. I left not just with the photos I wanted, but with genuine appreciation for how they made me feel. Thank you, Simon and team — it meant a lot. 👏📸

Rude staff
I have just attended my daughter’s gymnastics competition in horsham and collected her photos. The photos of my daughter are nice however the staff member that ‘helped’ me was beyond rude! I have never been spoken to and treated like that by anyone who wanted my custom! The other staff seemed happy and friendly but this guy who clearly was not happy decided to take his mood out on your paying customers! Rude from start to finish and not helpful at all. He really needs to learn some manners and customer service!
