Not very impressed
Not very impressed. Ordered digital photos as opposed to physical photos and never received anything. Had to contact them three times before I eventually received them via email. Seems very disorganised so cannot recommend them.
Update 30/05/26:
The company initially responded below in an arrogant and even after waiting the published 1-2 days I still had not received anything.. they have now updated their reply which, just clearly show their real colours, I have therefore deducted one further star! We won’t use them again and nor will a number of other parents in our area.

I’m sorry to hear that you had difficulty receiving your digital photos and had to contact us multiple times. Even where delivery is ultimately completed within our quoted timescales, the process should still feel clear and well communicated.
I would like to review what happened and understand whether there was a breakdown in communication. Please contact us with your event details and order information so we can investigate fully.
I’m still waiting for the pictures.
