Removal of Basal Cell Carcinoma
I was so very happy with my experience at Dermcare. This past August, Dr. Minet, one of Dermcare’s fantastic plastic surgeons, removed a basal cell carcinoma located on my collarbone. Upon removal of the bandages I could barely even see where the scar was. What fabulous work! AND, I was treated with such respect and they made me feel so at ease through the entire procedure! I will highly recommend Dermcare to anyone in need of a dermatologist!

Excellent Customer Service
This is my first time ordering from Dermacare and the item was posted quickly with tracking. The Post delivery man left parcels for me and the tracking for my Dermacare item showed it had been delivered but I hadn’t received it. I contacted Dermacare and Julie,Customer Services Manager, responded almost immediately and contacted the Post Office on my behalf. The Post Delivery man came back with my parcel. I was very impressed by Julie’s level of support and I’m happy with my product too.

Not happy at all!!! Another scan as far as I’m concerned. Thought I was ordering one set of eye patches, now I’m continuing to pay monthly unbenounced to me!!! I live on disability and never would have agreed to this!!! You have to pay in American funds to shop back for a refund!!! Nope. 👎

If your parcel is lost, forget about it!!!!
Ordered 20 days ago, the parcel is lost and of course they don't care. There is no refund neither they resent the order. I mentioned it is URGENT

Tracking information is emailed when all our orders are shipped so customers can follow their parcel to delivery. We were contacted on 18/04/24 and provided all tracking information to you. The parcel tracking showed that delivery had been attempted on 10/04/24 but you were not in so the parcel was taken to a local post office. We provided you with a Post office location point to collect the parcel. If we resend, it will be another 1-2 weeks before delivery so it makes more sense to locate the parcel already in Cyprus. We have kept you up to date with action being taken by the Postal Service, but have been met with abusive language and aggression from you which we will not tolerate when we are trying to help you.
