Absolute fantastic experience finding DRS and especially Fia, her experience and knowledge on the Reina radiator range was invaluable to us with our purchase. All downstairs radiators now ordered and the upstairs once will be next on the list.

Who knew there were so many things to consider when replacing old radiators. Well Fia does – she guided us through the choices, made helpful suggestions and calculated the optimum sizes for each room. Together with Croston Plumbing we now have very smart radiators and warm rooms. Well done Fia – you are a star! Happy to recommend.

Good price with the extra discount. Parts were out of stock so had to wait a while, but had excellent communication from Fia and the parts were delivered promptly once back in stock.

Would have been 5stars only there was a hiccup with stock levels.
However, the customer service is really good. Great communications and regular updates on progress of the order.. actually didn't take as long as was predicted to arrive.

So quick and efficient

I found this website after much searching and it offered made to measure column radiators in a choice of colours which was exactly what I was looking for. I needed some more information and WhatsApp very late at night , not expecting a reply until at least one working day. I had a nearly immediate reply offering a phone call at 9-10 am the next day which was very convenient. Fia telephoned me and was extremely helpful and made it much clearer what I needed and suggested a different radiator size as the one I picked was too big for the space with the valves on. Superb service that you rarely see .

Fia was absolutely fantastic from the moment we stepped into the showroom. She really guided us through our choice of radiators and valves and calculated the sizes we needed based on the room size. So knowledgeable and extremely patient. There was a very tight window for the delivery of the rads and she contacted the supplier to ensure we knew when the delivery slot in the day was. Would thoroughly recommend, nothing was too much trouble.

I have to say this experience has really exceeded my expectations from the ease of ordering, I ordered in the afternoon and they arrived in perfect condition the next morning wow! Thank you

Fia was so helpful and really knowledgeable. She helped me work out the output I needed from the radiator and to find the smallest radiator to do the job. Nothing was too much trouble.

Ordered a new radiator and valves, valves were despatched and arrived as promised. Had to follow up on the radiator delivery but Fia was very helpful and contacted the supplier, to chase up delivery. The goods arrived within 2 days of having chased up the delivery. The radiator is very sleek and fits nicely with the bedroom, the only slight criticism is that although the depth from the wall can be adjusted with the valves the clearance from the wall is very small, mounting pins would benefit from being 10mm longer
