Terrible company, if you try to return the dreadful product, you have to cover all the postage, the top I wouldnt even put on my dog,nothing like the picture and it took simply ages to arrive.

Ordered a coat £52.99 found the same coat on Amazon £12.50.
Coat very poor quality although would of been ok if purchased for £12.50!!
To return expensive postage.
Was informed that if you return back to the China address, it will not pass through customs, she had returned paid over £15 Postage parcel tracked and just showed on tracking held in customs.
Please avoid this site you'll just get ripped off.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I wish I had read the reviews. 2 jackets arrived today and the quality is awful. For the £60 thst I paid for them, its money wasted as will never wear them! They were scrunched up in small bag with no documentation for returns! AVOID, don’t throw your money away!

Sadly I didn’t read the reviews before purchasing. A jacket arrived today - nothing like the photo and it’s cheap and nasty. Going to iron it and drop it to the charity shop!!

Ordered 3 tops, all arrived all cheap and nothing like the photos, total waste of money.
I tried and failed to get any proper response to return the rags, finally gave up.

This company should be banned from trading , cannot get money back from purchase not even recieved , the company should be on scam programme on tv , had to claim money through bank

Do not buy anything from this company, they sell overpriced cheap clothes shipped from China. I paid over £50 for a white jumpsuit and it arrived with no label in a cheap plastic bag, smelled fusty and had unfinished cotton ends. The feathered sleeves were only tacked on with single stitches. Awful quality.
Would have cost me £15 to return it tracked to China so they said l should just keep it with a 15% refund and just give it to someone else?!
Avoid this place at all costs, they're rip off merchants selling cheap stuff.

I can only endorse all the very unfavourable reviews about Destiny that are alresdy on your site. I wish that I had thought to read them before my hideous synthetic cheap, and wrong coloured cardigan turned up on my doorstep.They used the words 'Merino and 'Cashmere'on their website. A total lie,
£42.00 now down the drain.
Does the Trade Description Act only apply to goods despatched within the UK?
Is there any way that this scamming firm can be outed and deleted from the internet?

Would give zero stars if I could, They apparently sent my two items, one did arrive, though sizing was incorrect, Took forever to get replies, said they had refunded but didn’t, ended up claiming back from my bank, Avoid this outfit at all costs

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering a supposedly leather bag 50% reduction. It’s arrived three weeks later and it’s PVC !! contacted them to return and it has to be returned to China paying your own postage. Avoid at all cost it’s a scam!!

As others have written I wish I'd check the reviews I ordered a bra which isn't like the one I saw advertised poor quality total waste of money and it took over 4 weeks to arrive. Even if I tried to return this item I doubt I wold get my money back shameful.

I returned the dress at my cost (£19 excuse me), okay, still was worth it as purchase was for £60. Do you think I got refund? No! Raised with them an issues multiple times. Complete nonsense. Very bad service. Was better not to waist money and item and not return at all.
