Spoke to the very helpful Luke regarding a nox 900 upgrading from the 800
He was most helpful giving advice and even when the payment link didn’t work (my fault)he never lost patience with me

Excellent customer service
I bought a nokta triple score had it delivered and the screen was missing off it. I rang them to report it and they could not do enough they arranged to send a new 1 and put a couple of extra things in the as an apology. It's when there's a problem that you find out how good a company are and they surpassed my expectations.

Highly recommended - first class service
A fantastic service from start to finish. I contacted Detecnicks to see if they would take my detector as part-exchange, and within 3 days we’d agreed a deal, I had sent them my detect, and I’ve received my new one. A very friendly service, and a great deal. Highly recommended

First time i have used this company and…
First time i have used this company and i was really very happy with them. Thier website is very concise and user friendly, and my order arrived within a few days with no problems. If i was to give any critisim, it is a very small one which would be their website lacked an online account facility were you could see your details, past/present orders and tracking etc (or at least i couldn't find it) hence why i gave them 4 stars rather than 5. Nevertheless, i will be a happy returning customer and would certainly reccommend them!
