An excellent course in which I was able to spend some quality time with my son and learn something new outdoors. I would love to go back to learn some more and practice those new found bushcraft skills - Thanks Jono.

I had a great day on the bushcraft initiate course despite it pouring with rain all day. The fire was going and shelter was available. The day covered a lot of skills and techniques which we had plenty of time to put into practice. The instructor was very friendly and helpful and it was clear that he had a wealth of knowledge on all the areas covered. I would highly recommend this course.

Fantastic instructor my children really enjoyed the course would recommend to anyone looking to get their kids outdoors for the holidays.

Enjoyable experience. We had lots of laughs. Brilliant spending time outdoors. We learned to make dams and bridges. We made a hedge and cleared some paths. I loved cooking on the fire.

Jono is such a nice, friendly guy. He made us all feel so welcome and is very knowledgeable . He made the whole day entertaining and informative, appropriate to everyone’s abilities and experience. A brilliant day and I’ll definitely attend more in the future!

It was a fab and fun filled day -I have left a comprehensive review on face-ache page.

I booked this after seeing it on Facebook, I didn't think too much about it but looked different for the kids. But WOW, what a time we had. We didn't want to leave. The attention to detail was fantastic - Mini candy canes, mince pies, hot chocolate and marshmellows, all sat around the outdoor fire. The kids even toasted marshellows and made reindeer food.

Santa was great and the kids really enjoyed their gifts and chocolate lollies. We had a 2year old, 8 & 11 year old - the gifts were perfect for the ages and each child really loved being there and the experience.

I can 100% say you will see us again at some point. We didn't even know of you guys before! Absolutely brilliant and we will recommend (actually I already have) 👌

The most incredible grotto experience ever. It was so lovely that sessions are booked so you are the only ones there, we were so nurtured and loved having hot chocolate by the fire. Father Christmas was excellent and the presents were so thoughtful and age appropriate given the gap in ages in our children (from toddler to teens!) Thank you all so very much for making our Christmas. The Mason family

The instructors really knew their stuff and we're very good at passing on their knowledge, being very patient with those who struggled in parts and needed teaching. Showing me the most correct and effective ways in doing things The weekend was terrific thanks to their efforts, I learnt alot and had a great time, would definitely go with Devon and Cornwall bushcraft again

This is a top company, very well led by knowledgeable people. I have been on two courses now and enjoyed every minute of them both.

Great day had learning skills of skinning and butchering of a deer, fire starting with flint and steel. Jono is a good teacher showing and passing on the skills he has gained over the years

Fun events run by highly competent and engaging leaders. I always come away with new knowledge and skills to practice at home. The atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming and it’s great to learn alongside others.

My son's took part in the Bushcraft Initiate course, and came home absolutely buzzing, they learnt so much and really appreciated that relaxed approach, that made sure everyone's individual interests were included. We will be definitely be signing up for other courses

Jono and Grey created a great day. Good variety of activities with a relaxed and engaging approach. Plenty of practical work and a lot of new experiences. It was a birthday gift and really enjoyed the day.
