I ordered two watches from Dexclusive…
I ordered two watches from Dexclusive via EBay (two separate orders). The prices were better than anywhere else. I then decided to check out reviews. I read some reviews on Trustpilot and a couple other sites. I then began to worry as there were quite a few negative reviews.
But all I can tell you is that my experience was great. My first watch arrived no problem. Exactly what I ordered. But my second watch was lost by UPS. I notified Dexclusive through the EBay message system. They were responsive and courteous. They obviously opened a claim with UPS. They then immediately sent me a new watch. They didn’t wait for the UPS resolution (which is still going on). They provided me with the new tracking number (USPS this time). It should get here within a couple more days. I’ll update this review if there are any issues, but it’s a legit tracking number so I don’t anticipate any.
Regarding the negative reviews, well, hard to say what’s going on. My experience was great. But, one thing I noticed with some reviews is that people don’t understand how the grey market for watches work. It’s totally legit, but a grey market seller isn’t an authorized dealer of the watch company, so you won’t get a factory warranty. Any warranty would come from the seller, not the watch company. This is common knowledge among people who even have a little knowledge about the industry. As far as I can see, Dexclusive doesn’t claim to be an authorized dealer. But what you get in return are much lower prices because they buy the leftover stock from the authorized dealers at a steep discount. Authorized dealers are often put into a tough situation by watch companies. If they want to continue to be authorized dealers, they must buy new stock from the watch makers, which forces them to “unload” excess inventory. That’s were the grey market dealer comes in and is why the watches from these sellers are so low.
My order was for two “entry level” watches (Orient). So, maybe some other people had issues because the watches were not as frequently sold as mine. Tons of Orients get sold every year. It does appear that Dexclusive works with other companies and sometimes does drop shipments. With a brand like Orient I’m guessing there is no problem with supply. It looks like some people had orders canceled and were pissed off because of this. It does suck if your watch isn’t available, and companies should be honest if the watch is in stock or not. But it’s not like they are keeping your money if the order is cancelled. And they definitely are not selling fakes as some people have implied or outright claimed. If you want to pay more, you can probably get a higher level of service with other dealers. But for me, Dexclusve did a good job. They were even less expensive than Jomashop, which I didn’t think possible! Anyway, the company is definitely legit. While there may be SOME truth about customer service in some of the negative reviews, I can assure you that this company isn’t a scam.
UPDATE: The new watch arrived without incident. I still recommend Dexclusive.

BEWARE!! I never review on line as myself, don't read the on line reviews. My friend bought me a UBOAT watch worth over $2200.00 on AMAZON using DEXCLUSIVE as a third party seller. Tried to contact DEXCLUSIVE through AMAZOn and they wanted to not deal with it. Tried the A-Z guarantee on AMAZON without any luck. Please, before spending your money go to an authorized dealer. DEXCLUSIVE are fraudulent. I would rather buy the knock off's from the Chinese sites. I will now take my watch to a watchmaker to verify and go after DEXCLUSIVE. Stay away from this company and AMAZON. Both have no professionalism in dealing with a legitimate issue.

Not only did was my watch (Junghans Max Bill Chrono) 30% less than anywhere else online (I looked for weeks) it arrived in a shocking 24 hours...nearly teleporting from Miami to Manitoba, Canada.

I purchased a Tag Heuer watch from Exclusive but not until I did some research. I read reviews and was concerned but I discovered they are affiliated with Amazon Pay so I began the order process. I use Amazon a lot and trust them and figure they would not do business with some if they had not checked them out first. On 11/28/2016 I called Dexclusive to confirmed they had the watch I wanted at the price advertised and they did. I asked if they would match prices and they asked me to send them the link to the website where I saw the lower price. I did and they quickly replied they would match the price. I placed the order online on 11/28/2016 at 4:46 PM. I received notice from Amazon Pay that Dexclusive debited my card on 11/28/2016 at 5:46 PM. I received an email from Dexclusive on 11/29/2016 that the watch was shipped and was provided a tracking number. I received the watch on 12/01/2016 at 12:20 PM. The watch was new and in the box with all document as advertised by Dexclusive.
They asked me to pay the regular price and they would credit my card for the price difference. I received the credit to my account as promised. All in all a great experience and I would used them again.

I was about buying a Daniel Wellington watch from Dexclusive. Price was very competitive, but before buying It, I contacted the support team of DW because It was strange to me the very low price.
I was told that the authorised sellers are listed on DW site, and I got really surprised when Dexclusive was not on the list... So now It makes sense why the price is so low among other sellers...

Zero Customer Service
I purchased a "new" Seiko SNK615 from Dexclusive and it arrived with several damaged links, obviously from someone trying to shorten the band. I emailed the seller within minutes of receiving the item detailing the damage. It has been a week with no response from Dexclusive to resolve the issue.
Horrible seller. Stay away
I ordered a high end Patek watch from them. They verified payment and then for 3 weeks no communication on when the item would ship or that there had even been an issue that would delay my shipment. Nothing despite several calls to them and emails. Always told that the manager would need to get back to me and he never calls or emails back.
To this date no item, refund or any communication. I have contacted the authorities as well as anti fraud agencies to try and help in resolving this matter. Just want a refund so I can move on to a more reputable seller for my purchase.

I MUST strongly recommend that you consider NOT purchasing anything from this company. They customer service is by far the poorest I have ever experienced buying online.
My 1st watch was stolen so all I got was an empty box. The currier informed me that they where not allowed to speak to me directly and that all communications should go through Dexclusive. Dexclusive didn’t speak to me at all for 2-3 weeks. They would not sent me a new watch or refund my money.
Finally they sent me a new watch that arrived as planned. But they refused to send me the certificate/insurance card. Where I come from this means its impossible to sell later on. When I agreed to pay apx USD 25 extra for this they sent me the wrong certificate. I was inform I should just over write the serial number on the certificate. Its been months now where I have tried to get a new certificate but they just stopped answering my mails.
At 1 point I got tired of sending long mails and just started counting down from 10 + I sent them a link of offer “recommendations” They had on the internet and suddenly they replied that they would sent me a new certificate if I promised not to tell my story! Well I still don’t have my certificate (now 3 weeks later) and they stopped replying my mails - so here it is!
You should all be aware that they are not an authorized dealer - They are rude and even threatening! Jim’s the worst but the rest are not much better!

I bought a Suunto D6i dive computer watch from Dexclusive. The watch failed after 3 weeks. I contacted Dexclusive's support and at first they tried to blame me: they made me read the whole manual again and watch some videos (I think they were only making time), then they finally acknowledged the watch was faulty. Dexclusive refused to replace it despite being new. They asked me to send it back at my expenses for "repair" (repairing a "new" watch?)
Here I am still waiting for my "new" and expensive watch to be glued and repaired.
Now I've learned they are NOT an authorized Suunto delaer (???).

Terrible customer service, they don't care about their customers. This guy Jim is arrogant and aggressive.
I bought a watch that says new and when I open the box the manual is all damaged and everything has dust on it. I file a claim and they offer me 10 refund. After a week when I ask about the refund this guy Jim starts accussing me of trying to gain profit from this.

I ordered a Nixon watch and applied a promo code to save myself 10 bucks. These jerks don't notify you of anything you have to pester them about everything. They said they cancelled my order fist to verify info then tried to do the transaction through amazon. They then told me amazon canceled my order. I order things through amazon every other day and never got a canceled order. Now when I finally get an email its some ass named Jim basically telling me that its not their fault and that I should have my bank and funds correct before doing business. WOW DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.....UNPROFESSIONAL!
