DFS Furniture - Barnstaple Avis 

The staff were very friendly and knowledge made the buyimg experience very easy and professional.

Jamie was so helpful and very personable we enjoyed our visit to the store, thank you. The Barnstaple store was well set out, had a lot of stock on display and was clean.

Very helpful lots of information & choices have purchased a3 seater settee’s

I went into my local store, wandered around and looked at different furniture, a really genuine person chatted with me and wanted to know if I had any ideas and then helped me work through them which gave me more clarity and made my experience in there really positive not overwhelming.... I chose minimal pieces and didn't feel pressured or encouraged to buy more than I wanted .. Beautiful Furniture , just waiting for delivery which for me was 5 wks from ordering..
I did think the delivery is too much.

We found buying new sofas in DFS a very good experience. On our first visit the assistant was very helpful and gave us plenty of information. We were very impressed with range of sofas available and the very competitive prices. We narrowed our choices down to 2 styles and went into the store to order. Louise was very friendly and helpful and helped us choose the right sizes and colour. We couldn’t be happier and felt we made the right decision to go to DFS.

The helpfulness of the shop lady. Although it took bit longer because of lap top issues she kept me informed. Very friendly and personal. Excellent customer service

Everybody at the shop was friendly and very helpful. Louise who dealt with us was friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She was easy to talk to, put us under no pressure at all and left us to sit as long as we felt necessary to get a feel for the comfort and controls of the sofa we were interested in. All in all a first class buying experience and a shop we would highly recommend. Thanks from us to all at DFS Barnstaple.

We were looked after so well by Timothy He explained everything so well never tried to sell us anything we didn’t need or want.
The process was clear and concise and easy to understand.
When we got home and double checked the measurements what we ordered would not fit. I rang DFS and about 20 minutes later Timothy rang and altered the order with no fuss

Tim, gave us 5 mins to look around first then asked if we needed help. The followed us patiently answering out hundreds of questions. He was very informative and helped us to come to the correct choice of sofa. I will recommend my experience and DFS to friends and family.

Apart from the store being extremely busy I was treated really well, the sales personnel, very polite, good personality, couldn't have had a better experience, thanks a lot...
